Server was really nice but our food took forever and there was only 2 other tables. My son never got a refill om his drink and his food looked nothing like the menu.
Dine in Memorial Day restaurant was empty order drinks and food at the bar it took over 15 minutes for my spinach dip to be brought out so I switched it to a Togo order. I waited then for another 10 minutes only for it to be brought out extremely cold, low portion size and messing the condiments to go with the order. Staff offered to REHEAT not remake but this should have never happened while mentioning this they remember that they never brought the to go order of boneless wings. Kitchen staff needs more training and accountability before this restaurant ends up closed down.
The server was nice and polite, overworked but kept composure and a great attitude, but the place just looks depressing, the food was good but looked like a old school black and white movie plate. Really boring, place inside looks gloomy, depressing just like the food. Oh and they don't serve alcohol here, atleast not now. From what it looked like, they don't even have any here.
Saundra my love and I stopped by for some lunch. We were greeted immediately and we sat at the bar. Saundra had the sampler and I had boneless chicken wings. The sampler had quesadilla that had red onions, that she didn't want, but didn't see coming. It was replaced with new without onions. The chef, Kevin Felix came our to check on Saundras steak. Great man! We were served by Meka. I cannot say enough how good this visit made me feel. Thank you.

Other than her efforts... Absolutely horrifying place to eat. When you walk in you notice it is absolutely disgusting with regards to cleanliness. It is filthy, trash everywhere, hair and straw paper just everywhere. We almost turned around and left. Once we sat down the table was disgusting and sticky. Trash was in the booth. Keep in mind, this was when they first opened at 11am. We ordered our food and it came out in a timely fashion. But was not fit to eat at all. My wife's steak was wrong twice. By the second time, we didn't bother to say anything else about it. Not a good experience.
Came in for lunch the day before Thanksgiving. Only one person working. She was clearly doing her best without any help. Even so, meal was good. It's a shame we have very few people willing to show up for work anymore.
Me and my family went here on a Saturday night. Wait was over 39 minutes for a table. After we were seated, it took another 30 minutes to get drinks. Waiters and manager were serving anyone who was black. If you were white or Mexican good luck. We were completely ignored by everyone. The hostess even laughed when my party of 9 walked out. Horrible place. Spend your money somewhere else.
I came in for it to go order with the app being used it will give you the time your order is ready and you won’t have to wait. But once you go in the side door to pick up your to go order, there’s no one at the to go door. When I say door mean the traditional you go in there’s a person at the counter, there’s no counter. There’s just a door with a sign that says to go, but once you walk in they’re computer screen there, but you have to walk further towards the bar in order to actually find out what’s going on with your order. I was there for less than 10 minutes, paid for my food still had to wait. I was OK with that. It was a reasonable amount of time. But once I arrived home, the meal did not look as it should on a plate when it served in the restaurant. I asked for a medium well-done steak, it looked more charred than anything. The mashed potatoes were great, but when it came to the nachos, they did not put the cheese on the nachos. You put everything else, but they couldn’t remember to add the white queso dip! But that’s not all if you are a pain CASH make sure you have exact change at the end of the night for some reason they did not have coins in there teal. I could be understanding if they had a sign posted. Much like a restaurant nearby that has went digital only and no physical money being used in house. For what reason don’t know but a person knows they wanna make sure they pay their bill and if they feel like they Service person did a great job they will tip
