I think this is one of Applebee's better locations.
I had the bacon ranch crispy chicken. The wife had sweet and spicy crispy chicken sandwich on a brioche bun. Big piece of chicken hung out over bun. Both with fries lightly seasoned. Bacon was nice and chewy both cooked just right.
Our servers Garry was great he seamed happy full of smiles and upbeat. Definitely likes his job. Thank you Garry for the great service.
Also they have full bar.
McKenzie was very attentive, & friendly. Food arrived very fast, hot & deliciously made! Definitely recommended!
My husband and I are both in our 60s. We had a great time and food was good. But a group of college guys were seated next to us after we arrived. As the only female I felt a bit uncomfortable. Young men want to discuss young women not have an mature couple next to them. This was in the bar section, and there were other tables that could have accommodated all six instead of sharing a bench with a mature couple. Better hostess training on this aspect of controlling comfort for clientele is essential in keeping a balanced atmosphere in a family style restaurant.
My experience was wonderful! My server, Lillian was the absolute best! She made sure we was good! I saw on TV that Applebee’s had an all you can eat special and just had to try it. Everything was good, I have no complaints! Get Lillian as your server for the BEST experience!
Great customer service . The place look nice and clean . I order chicken bourbon with shrimp it comes with mashed potatoes. It my first time trying this meal it was ok . If you’re a person that love over seasoned well this is a good meal to try. For me I don’t like the chicken to be over seasoned and oily. Love the appetizer boneless honey barbecue with ranch .
Had three cheese penne. It was ok but nothing special. Seemed to be a bit smaller portion. I would rate it just below average. Also ordered the brew pub pretzels & beer cheese dip. They were not great either. Not very pretzely in flavor. The beer cheese was a bit runny. Maybe that's the way the sauce is supposed to be. There was also a hair in the mustard dip so I didn't try it. Waitress was pleasant but seemed inexperienced. I would not go to Applebee's again just based on the food quality alone. At $15 for diner and $10 for the pretzels, I would expect better quality.
I have dined in at this Applebee's quite often. I always thought the food was so so. Haven't been there in a while and decided on some takeout. What a pleasant surprise! The food was a 10. Everything was packed so well. Fish and ribs were on our menu that night. Then the most decadent chocolate cake served with hot fudge and vanilla ice cream. Again everything packed up to perfection. Can't wait to give them another go
The food is absolutely delicious!!! I do wish that it was a little speedier service at times, but everyone is short staffed at this time truly! These guys are doing their absolute best to make everyone feel welcomed and happy to be there when they are having their delicious meal! I have gone here for quite some time now for my birthday, and I plan to continue this tradition with them!
