First visit was not so good but after giving it a second chance the manager and wait staff really stepped up. The hostess (wish I could remember her name) is amazing. She sat us then came back and took our drink order and delivered our drinks from the bar on our first visit because no server ever showed up. On our second visit there I witnessed this hostess not only promptly seated guests but was cleaning dishes from tables and wiping them down so more guests could be seated without standing to wait. She definitely deserves the employee of the month award and a promotion. The food was great on both visits. The bartender was really good too. Rosie was our server on night #2 and was really sweet and efficient. She just needs to acknowledge tables that have been seated in her section a little more promptly. But over all was a really good server. Thanks Rick (assistant Manager) for making things right after an unsatisfactory 1st visit. Again, the food is always fantastic here no matter what. We will definitely return ????
I have been living out of my van eating from dumpsters so I tried to get some healthy food somewhere. I ordered a Caesar salad from Applebee's in naples and the lettuce looked like it had been frozen then thawed out. The edges of the spinach were rotten as if cut a week ago. I get fresher greens from Aldi dumpster! How shameful. A head of lettuce is only a dollar and you sell rotten lettuce for 6 dollars for a handful. Hopefully corporate will give me a refund when I contact them. I'm not dealing with these children.
Service here was almost insulting, we were sitting at the table for 20 while the servers enjoyed a nice conversation between each others, after one of them approached the table and took the order, shortly after another one came and ask to retake the order, even with 2 persons taking it they couldn’t bring the appetizers at its time, we received wings and pasta and 20 minutes after nachos. Cherry on top was the server looking at my card for 10 minutes straight until i asked if there was something wrong or if they were going to charge and she said oh right charge you , walked away and came back 10 minutes later. Food wasn’t good. I have eaten at other locations where it was way better. Didn’t enjoyed this visit.
Amanda, goes above and beyond for everyone, she’s the best bartender I’ve ever met and had served , she’s a fun person to be around, loves her regulars. Definitely recommend 10/10
Would not recommend eating here. The waiter seemed not really interested in his job. Instead of answering questions, he simply referred to the menu. When ording he did not make notes - no wonder that our meals were not cooked/served as ordered.
Portions way to small for the prices charged. We loved to go to Applebee's but certainly no longer if this would be the new standard at Applebee's.
I had the southwest chicken salad, yummy! It was delicious with small chunks of chicken, guacamole, Pico de gallo, tortilla strips, lettuce, and rice. My husband had a cheeseburger, it was very good and the fries were perfect. Got right in no wait at 12.30 on a Sunday after church. Prices are reasonable. The staff was good. Our waiter was very quiet and made no small talk.
I have been going to this Applebee’s for years and it’s always been mediocre at best. However, last night, after the Christmas Parade, everything was spectacular. Our server, Ty, was really great and the food was delicious. The restaurant is also really clean. I don’t know if there’s new management, but this Applebee’s has been totally transformed. We will be back soon.
Love coming here for the good food and atmosphere! The bartender Amanda always makes the best drinks and is always willing to answer any questions myself and my friends have about the drink menu. She is a main reason why we keep coming back!
