Got the unlimited wings and they tasted pretty good. As the night went on, the quality of the wings seemed to increasingly decline. We were also not provided any napkins even when we requested them. We also were not given any refills on our water. It also took quite a bit of time in between orders of wings (I’d say about 15 minutes or so). However, one thing I did enjoy was our waitress because she was very polite. Overall we enjoyed the food and the experience, and, though it was not the most pleasant, we will continue to visit Applebees as we continue our journeys of life.
Service was slow to start with.. Food portions we're crazy small in the chicken strips that came with my order had barely any meat were all gristle and fat said something to the waiter she got the manager he offered saying he would treat us better next time but refused to do anything about the service for that evening. Worst experience I've ever had any Applebee's. I will not return to that location ever again!!!
So tonight (10.1.24) we ordered three meals. One was supposed to be a cheeseburger for my son but instead we got a chicken sandwich, and the other meal we asked for extra alfredo sauce because that pasta seems to be pretty dry by time you get to eat it. The third meal was the only one that was fine. Well the Alfredo sauce actually turned out to be the cheese they use for their four cheese macaroni with bacon in it. My husband called to speak to a manager so when he called and pushed the number two to speak to the manager it wasn't even a manager that answered. Whoever answered the phone didn't ask us if we wanted to speak to a manager. This isn't the first time this happened. I even tipped the girl doing carryout, smdh ????♀️. I work in the food industry and you should ALWAYS double check your carryouts. I would've seen the cuz burger wasn't in there and I would've had it corrected.
It was a really great experience. We went there to celebrate a birthday.
Never got to try the food. I have never been to this Applebees and we went around 4pm on a Saturday. We walked in and there were some people waiting but that was no issue we were okay with waiting a little. We stood for about 5 minutes, multiple employees walked by looking at us but nobody acknowledged us. There was no sign saying to seat yourself or to wait. So we waiting a little and nobody ever came to us. We ended up leaving after waiting for some time. Not sure what happened, but I am disappointed.
Ordered Bourbon Street Mushroom Swiss Burger, ordered pink nothing special.
Whoever prepped the onions didn't peel the outside, only 4 mushrooms, barely any of the garlic mayo, no black pepper sauce. Fries were stale and under cooked.
Also ordered the chicken fingers with coleslaw.
Chicken was way over cooked and inedible, could have used it to scrape paint off the walls. The coleslaw was just water and cabbage, no actual space or flavor.
My curb side was 20 minutes late i had to call 3 times and wait in the parking lot. Manager comes out gives me the excuse of a new cook/mess up in the kitchen and a call off !!!! WHO CARES sounds like they need to get it together or close this is not the first time this has happened and i am over it with Applebee’s. My shrimp were nasty and petrified my Steak WAS COLD. 45.00 for my two meals no way their are to many other great places nearby.
the chicken and noodles with bread stick i dont remember what it was called but its super amazing loved it 5/5 also the server named hellen m was super awesome id give her a 5/5 also shes a great waitress over all best experience i deff. would come back again and again
