We visited the Henrietta location twice. Both times, it took them a while to seat us. Both times the table was dirty, even after they cleaned it in front us. The 1st time, the food was greasy but flavorful. Fries were hot, fresh and tasty.
The 2nd visit, tonight 12/13/24, the waitress was good but the food was very different. We ordered the exact same thing we ordered the first time. This time, the portions were uneven, some of my chicken didn't have sauce but my husband's was smothered in buffalo sauce. The burgers were still greasy and had no flavor. The fries were old, tasted reheated and no flavor. We believe they gave us the leftover fries from other guests. When we told the waitress, she apologized and said we shouldn't have cone just before closing.
I felt nauseous by time I got home. I would never go back and would never recommend this place.
Ordered my food online first time nothing was right tried to call no answer, doordash 5 star on immediately refunding; decided to give them a second chance next day, 2 right one just never order nachos from there called them again, response on the nachos very curt response short staffed, doordash again refunded part so 5 star doordash 1 not there
They're food is so inconsistent especially when you order online. They really gave us 2 pretty much broccoli as a side for my order.
Brighton NY Applebee's..... We had a new waitress, she did wonderful! The atmosphere was welcoming and clean! The food..... horrible. I ordered the Blackened shrimp Caesar Salad, the shrimp was ice cold, not blackened and I had several pieces of dark brown lettuce, to the point we asked for the manager and when she arrived at the table she said " that's gross and unacceptable". She did not charge us for my salad. My friend's house salad had about an inch of liquid at the bottom??? And the draft beer, FLAT, tasted as if the lines hadn't been cleaned in awhile.
This review is not to affect the Applebee's in Hornell NY which gets 6+ stars all around.
Wow another great meal, at another great Applebee's. The impossible Burger is off the hook. Def give that a try. You will be impressed.
Okay so,
I ordered food to be picked up at 3:10pm. I sent the online order an hour before the pick up time. Apparently that wasn't enough heads up. The staff was really busy with the one occupied table in the whole restaurant so we waited almost a half hour past the pick up time.
Then we get home and the Caesar salad has no dressing, in fact it was just croutons and lettuce.
The desert was an absolute dry joke and looks nothing like the online photo.
The MAC AND CHEESE PASTA AND THE THREE CHEESE PASTA had no cheese in them. Just some milky flavorless sauce.
Hands down the worst experience we've had at a restaurant in a long time. Unbelievably poor performance and service.
Bought all my employees lunch on Friday, heard my girl start the conversation with we’re gonna order 2 for 25. They billed us for each entree cost me 45 dollars more and we didn’t get appetizers. I called and the manger told me it was her fault cause she didn’t tell him what appetizers she wanted. Cool we won’t be doing anymore business there.
This is the worst Applebee's. Sat and waited for almost an hour just for our appetizer. Had to ask the waitress when it would be coming out. The waitress never 1 time asked if we needed a refill. She gave too many excuses why our food hasnt came out yet. Manager brought out appetizer asked how everything was and we had told him we have been there for an hour still no food. Finally the food came out my fish was saturated in oil my bf burger the bread was soggy . The manager never came to the table after giving us the appetizer to apologizeor anything he had a big attitudein my opinion. The only 1 good thing I can say is he did not charge us for fish dinner or appetizer. Will definitely not never go there again. The whole staff and manager needs to be retrained JS.
