Best WLM Reviews
We enjoyed our dinner on Veterans Day! Thank you for your support of military members and their families.
I want to thank Crystal K for her absolute perfect service tonight. She was the best server I've ever had and this being my first time to Cumming Georgia, this will be my new go to place when in town.
Thanks to the manager Garrick as well for bringing out the food and not only checking on me but for walking around and checking in every person in there tonight. Superb service folks and I appreciate that.
Every time I come in I am greeted with a smile and impeccable service. Arthur, Nene and Savannah have been superstars no matter what! Always smiling and eager to hear about my day. Keep up the great work! Good job to the hiring manager!! You’ve got some great individuals… See you guys soon!
Food, Service, and drinks were great! Shoutout to Kyle and the manager for being so welcoming and accommodating to some of the allergies that my girlfriend has. Food was hot and didn’t take long at all and the drinks were made just right. Thanks for making it a good experience.
Great service and food! We had the onion ring appitizer ans bourbon street chicken and shrimp. Came out sizzling and was delicious. Savannah B was so friendly and provided great service! Definitely will be back!
Clean the bathrooms. Mop the floor. It's literally the dirtiest Applebee's I think in existence. Bathrooms are terrible . Floors were so gross my shoe came off in the bathroom because it was so sticky. There's literally shite everywhere no matter if it's just opening or anytime. I'd just eat out in the parking lot. Honestly much cleaner that's what we do .
Food and service were excellent. Our waitress, Laurissa was stellar. Unfortunately, the young host had long, unruly hair that completely covered his eyes. Constantly shaking his head to clear the hair away was strange. Obviously a violation of Georgia health requirements. Photo attached
Your typical Applebee experience. The place is clean, the food is good, comes out fast, and the people are mostly nice. We've visited this location a few times and are pretty happy with our experience in general. They also have good drink menu and make some good drinks
