It has been years since I've eaten at an Applebee's & I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! I got their chicken & shrimp with a mozzarella sticks appetizer & it was all fantastic! One of the better grilled chicken dishes I've had in a while to be honest. With it being October they also had a $5 drink special called Dracula's blood & it also was really good! The only negative was we arrived & were told it would be a 25 minute wait & it ended up being over a 45 minute wait at 8 o'clock on a Friday night. It was almost 9pm by the time we were actually seated & waited on.
Super bad service. Have to wait 15m after our drinks came out to asking to the straws??? Then the food came out and we didn’t have silverware?? Or napkins??? And we have to asking for those again. Even forgot to put lemond to my soda?????
A wonderful young man named Adrian waited on us tonight. Not only did he do an amazing job with us, but he kind and personable with every table around us. Very kind man. Would definitely eat here again, especially if Adrian is serving ???? ✌️
Server couldn't have cared less about serving us. Acted like we were an inconvenience. And, this happened on Veteran's Day. Nice "thank you". Didnt offer drink refills even on water. Could have played tennis with the steak. Won't be going back.
Cute spooky decor for Halloween. Food was good. Went with my sister for dinner tonight. She really enjoyed her burger. A sweet, friendly, attentive waiter helped us named Adrian.
Always a good place to go when it's late and you need a bite to eat. We go here a couple times a month and never have gotten something bad. Be prepared to stand in line for a while even if they have open seat they are very slow trying to figure out where to sit someone when there are so many open seats. Usually more people at the front desk then there is waiting tables so not sure what's going on there.
I am very disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit to Applebee’s. As a regular customer, I’ve never experienced such poor service here before. It took an incredibly long time for our server to even acknowledge that my family and I were seated at our table. To make matters worse, I witnessed our server yelling at the host, which was very unprofessional and made our dining experience uncomfortable.
This is not the level of service I have come to expect from Applebee’s, and I am truly disheartened by this experience. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with a manager about this incident to ensure it doesn’t happen again in the future.
I ordered a half slab of ribs, and mash potatoes. The ribs were okay, but it did not taste fresh. Everything looked like leftovers from the day before. A couple that was sitting adjacent to us was not pleased with their food as well. Overall, the atmosphere was okay. The service was decent, but the food could have been better.
