Hey, the quality of this place is going downhill fast. We waited 15 minutes for a table in an empty restaurant. The waitress was totally unprepared and forgot to bring us napkins and silverware. She was too busy chatting with her coworker to even notice that our drinks were sitting on the bar counter for several minutes. I ordered a cocktail and the bartender, who was also chatting with someone else, forgot to make it. When the food finally arrived, it was cold. It wasn't terrible, but it was definitely not hot.The menu appetizer/starters needs to be updated,it's too out of dated and poor of options.
Everything was great. It made for a terrific Father’s Day with family. The food was good, the restaurant was clean & Tidy, and our server Brianna did a terrific job. Yes, we would definitely go here again!
Waitress was very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and brought out in under 15 minutes. Lots of parking space
We were seated in an area where no waiters were assigned. We had to flag a gentleman down to serve us, which he did happily. We got each of the 9.99 meal deals, which were pretty good. The chicken breading on the sandwich tasted like fried crisco, which is fine if you’re into that (I’m not). The fries were very satisfying. It was a net positive experience, overall.
Had a terrible experience. Looking at the burger, looks like a piece of shoe leather, rubber and has been around too long.
Ate there on Veterans Day because they had the best selection for a free meal. Our server worked hard trying to please some difficult customers without neglecting us. Both of our meals were very good. Kudos to Applebee's for honoring veterans so we'll.
We went to dinner tonight for mine and my son's birthday dinner celebration. There were 6 total 2 kids 4 adults. Everything started off great but then took a turn.
I asked to put my kids meals in first to keep them happy that was fine. Their meals came out in a pretty decent amount of time.
I asked for my side salad to come out at the same time. Our waitress never brought my salad. Not a big deal. We were then forgotten about for id say a good 30 min. Finally once our waitress appeared from the back we asked when our food will be out. She brought our food over about 3 to 5 minutes later.
I ordered the blacken salmon. I have ordered it before from the Applebee's in Milford and it was delicious. Sadly that was not the case this time. The fish looked like it was reheated in the microwave with little season taste at all. My oldest order the chicken tenders salad, and his was the last one to come out of the kitchen. And then he still had to wait an additional 5 minutes for his bread stick. Which the manager brought over to him yet never addressed the table to ask how everything was going.
When all was said and done and we finally got the check they had added the table game charge in there yet we never used it.
The waitress quickly took that off not a big deal again and no issues but something to be mindful of when paying at the table using the game pad.
I will stick with Applebee's in Milford going forward.
Ahmed was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure the quality of our service! He made sure our food came out super fast and that or table was well taken care of. We will definitely be returning to have Ahmed as our server!!
