We were on a ten hour road trip and stopped late at night for dinner. We arrived 1:15 minutes before closing and we were warmly welcomed, enthausiastically seated and attentively served. That’s what I’m talking about! We ordered bourbon steak/garlic mashed potatoes, boneless wings (because they were out of bone-in, NBD), and chicken wonton tacos, a-hoo-yah. All dishes were satisfying and tasty. About an hour from closing a party of ten walked in and AGAIN, the staff offered hospitality and service that was top notch. I had a funny blow out with my flip-flops on my way to the restrooms and the staff chatted with me while I waited for my companion to bring other shoes from the car. Speaking of the restrooms, they were very clean and well stocked. The happy hour margarita was gigantic and served as my appetizer and dessert…it seemed bottomless! Sabrina was our server and was terrific! The place was clean. The parking lot is dimly lit and looks a little desolate, but don’t let that deter you. Good job staff and management!
It's always a good time at Applebee's especially at the bar. Get there before 5 pm if you want seats at the bar, because that's where it's at! Happy hour has a great assortment of different appetizer at half price and who can argue with happy hour drink prices! Hats off to Juan, Ramon, Nikki, Michelle, Sabrina, Kevin, Bree and the crew for keeping this place a favorite since 2008.
I had the Prime Rib and it was really good. Service at the bar was great as well, Michelle was friendly and really helpful. I came back the next night and had her suggestion; Salmon with grilled onions and jalapeños. Incredible!!!
Breanna was the best server/bartender! She remembered me when I came in the next time. Great customer service!
My bartender, Sabrina, is always a joy. Love all the staff. Customers are more like friends everytime I'm here. The Manager, Juan, runs the show like a pro. Great place to be.
I stopped at this tonight after picking up my son and wife from the sacramento airport for a funeral. We were all very hungry and we stood waiting to be seated for 13 minutes. During that time, the waitress and bartender didn’t so much as say we will be right with you. Another group came in and went to bartender and just and asked I they could sit in a booth on the other side of the room and she said yes. Then they served those people before seating us or event talking to us. We west and I don’t recommend it.
This place is the most consistent! The food is delicious ???? the people are so much fun and sweet! I love coming here, it's never a bad time!
Came for 1st time to get a cocktail. Parking not close to restaurant (I am disabled with a crutch and have to to wear s unglasses due to eye prob.) Came thru front door with two employees holding door for me, very nice did not see the stairs to the bar area and tripped, bloodied my arm some, did not notice until I sat down. All employees in very nice and concerned, thank you. I feel there should be a sign that there are stairs. Otherwise, ok visit after being embarrassed.
