Such a wonderful team of employees. Logan was my server and he was so kind and patient. Shared that I was celebrating something important with him in casual conversation, and he brought several other employees to share in the moment with me. They made my night and dine in experience wonderful. 10/10, would return if i come back to the area!
Great food Great specials. I hadn’t been into cottage grove Applebees in quite awhile. Melissa S (aka Mel) did a fabulous job as our server. I watched her check in with her tables multiple times and consistently made sure her tables were highly satisfied. Before I left I made sure to let the manager on site know she was marvelous. Mel’s customer service was the best I’ve had in a long time. Great job Mel!!
Great experience at the Cottage Grove location! The manager Michelle did a great job on table visits making sure all the guests were taken care of. Paige did an awesome job as our server, knowledgeable and pleasant. Highly recommend stopping in, I'll be back????
Niki is the best server ever at the Cottage Grove location. We come almost every Friday with our 6 kids. She knows what everyone likes to drink before they order. She is fun, attentive and an absolute pleasure. We will keep coming back!!! We’ve told others!!!!
While the food HAS gotten better, they go and name a burger after the sauce they put on it, namely the Whiskey bacon burger. The cooks in the kitchen, at this location at least, seem to think they can put practically NONE of that sauce on the burger EVEN when you order extra, at a cost of course, and still call it that... When really.... You've just ordered a bacon cheeseburger.... This isn't once, it's not twice, it's every. Damned. Time. Even when you ask and pay for extra, you can't have it. Pics or it didn't happen, right? It's cool though, at least I got those 3 and a half bites with the signature sauce on it. Even if I didn't order extra, how is this an acceptable amount? Maybe it's just me... But don't you think people specifically order it FOR the sauce? To get a little bit of that savory flavor in each scrumptious bite? Why you gotta rob the customers of that, yo? Yeah, corporate America is looking for every which way to get as many dollars and cents out of your pocket. Yeah uncle Sam keeps printing money like crazy making the money you earn worth less and less and blowing the tax money they do get on wars and what the effects of cocaine on Monkey behavior while your standard of life and opportunities slowly vanish and dwindles more and more.... But maybe you could just give me more damned sauce huh?
It happened again. I called ahead and told them NOT to forget. Even when reminded these people came get it right. Every damned time.
Niki was great when taking my order and checking to make sure everything was presented correctly. She also made sure everything taste good and kept up with our big group.
NIKI IS THE QUEEN OF THE WORLD. Seriously the best server EVER. She is always ready for us, remembers our orders, cares for us personally - she embodies everything that is great about hospitality. She makes us LOVE our Applebees experience.
Really could not believe how bad the service was at this Applebees. They served all of our groups meals at once but messed up on multiple items. Brought the wrong meat which wasn’t a big deal, but they also served chicken without fries. They said the fries will be right out. 20+ minutes later and the fries and the waitress never came back… only until it was time to pay. Then finally got them after asking and after everyone was done eating.
