Right at the lobby or entrance inside the building, is a smell like sweat. Need a little more cleaning with proper and clean materials. It kept me thinking from getting in.
Besides that, waitress was always paying attention and always supportive, she deserves a 10.
Food was great, we got ribs, quesadillas and a salad.
Slow service but the waiter was great. Our appetizer was hot and fresh but went down hill from there. My wife and son got tenders and fries, tenders over cooked in what looked like week old grease, fries where double cooked and still came out cold and hard. They didn’t have chicken for a chicken sandwich so I ordered boneless wings, they were bite sized, tiny portion for $13!! sauce was glazed from sitting under heat lamp, sauce practically burnt to the plate as well. Other son got wonton tacos which he said were good. As the waiter dropped the first 3 plates he told us they were very hot but didn’t say anything about my sons taco plate, this is because the first 3 sat under the heat lamp for what looked like a very long time waiting for his tacos to be finished. Corporate restaurant with the feel look and consistency of a dive bar.
What even is this? I understand the menu may have a lot of frozen items but some things are just unacceptable. Straight to the point;
???????? buffalo bones wings -dry and over fried
???????? fiesta lime chicken- chicken so rubbery rice old
????????fries -stale
???????? checken quesadilla - they were good
???????? ???? burger - it’d be really sad if you messed up

The online menu? way deceiving. -so, under the “2 for 25” you can only pick the burger or tenders and I think the salad, anything else on THAT menu is an up charge (so then it’s no longer “2 for 25”)

I wasn't expecting much tbh, however, the service was good and the food exceeded my expectations. These tex mex bowls were actually pretty good. If they had cilantro and a little more onion, they would have been phenomenal.
I’m very saddened to give this kind of review, but it must be said.
Our waitress forgot to put in our appetizer, put the wrong soup order, and forgot the side items.
It wasn’t busy, and I truly was kind and patient with her, but a good server would acknowledge her mistake, and remove it from the ticket.
The food was COLD, the chicken looked re-heated and just gross. It was so bad, we opted from ordering the dessert that was included in the 2 for $32.
We. Ran. Out. (Of course after paying)
Finally, we all got home and checked, as we all felt we were bit by some kind of insects on our legs.
This was our first and last time at this Applebees.
They do not honor military discounts.
A fun restaurant and bar with yummy food and drinks. The service is wonderful. I'll definitely be back.
I put in an online order tonight for Carside pickup and I was completely disappointed. I ordered the bourbon chicken and shrimp which comes with mashed potatoes, which I didn’t receive any mashed potatoes. We ordered two side Cesar salads and a quesadilla burger with a side of fries, the fries I ordered were cold, shriveled and stale. Like they picked them up off a table after a customer left and put them in a container. Not only did we treat ourselves and spent our hard earned money on this meal after working all day, but this is what we received. They didn’t care what they gave us because it was pickup and it was late. It was completely careless and we have given this Applebees our business multiple times… but let me tell u this, they will never get my money again.
I went in with my family today and food was subpar. My sandwich was not correct, I was served the sweet and spicy chicken, not the bacon cheddar sandwich. I realized after taking one bite it wasn't correct. The waitress took it back to the kitchen and they added bacon and cheese to it, bringing back the original sandwich (sauce wasn't worth quibbling over). My caesar salad was drowned in dressing, so much so it was unappetizing. My husband notified me after we left that his shrimp were not cooked all the way through. I did notice they looked a little clear, but I didn't say anything at the time as I don't eat shrimp. The pay online qr code had the wrong receipt linked to our table. Even though they weren't busy, it was quite challenging to get our waitresses attention. Overall, there are better places to eat around town.
EDIT: I followed their link listed below, and they haven't even contacted us back like they said they would.
