I recently had an incredible experience at Applebee's that I just have to share. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff was friendly, and the service was prompt and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from.
What truly made the visit exceptional was the manager. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, checking in with us multiple times. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. I can't recommend this Applebee's location enough!
Stopped in here for a meal and a cold beer and found both! Had the steaming steak, chicken and shrimp and it was very good. Service was excellent and the place was friendly. They had a decent sized crowd but handled it well. Drinks were cold and there were lots of TVs with sports on. I recommend this business.

A kind guy named Artrell Johnson invited my husband and I to Applebee's and this was our first time visiting this location, seeing as we live in Arlington of Jacksonville near Jacksonville University college. I must honestly say that this location is the best we've seen in the many years we've lived in Jacksonville FL. and was worth the drive. The food was so flavorful, fresh, hot, and the servers along with a female supervisor made sure that we were well taken care of. We will definitely return! Not sure if I posted twice, because I didn't see if my first survey went through,but if I did, this location deserves it, stay amazing!
My husband and I ordered the 2 for 25.00. On a Monday night, there were hardly any customers, yet it took about 20 minutes for a simple appetizer of Spinach dip to arrive. When the cheeseburgers arrived, they were missing lettuce. We asked the server, who answered they were out. I asked, as we were surprised to hear Applebee's was out of lettuce, how they were preparing salads? She answered that they used a different type of lettuce for that. Then, we noticed how small the portions were. The cheeseburgers were maybe an inch larger than a slider, and the fries were a total of about 12 pieces. At Chili's, where we usually get the 10.99 special, the cheeseburgers are the proper size, and no comparison on the amount of French fries served. My cheeseburger had a stale bun and the meat patty was the size of a slider.Also, when we inquired about our military discount , the server replied that the 2 for 25.00 was already discounted, so we could not use it. At Chili's, we always receive our military discount with the 10.99 special. Finally, upon paying, the server said she would bring a water to go. After about 10 minutes, we saw her walk by with no water in her hand. We then left. We do not think we will be returning to Applebee's in the future.
Well i was really craving for their salad, so i ordered a shrimp cesar salad. So when I got the order was so shocked with servings, I paid 18 dollars and that is what ive got. Not so fresh, serving is as if a toddler will be the one eating. I was so disappointed????????????
Tried their artichoke dip, salmon, wings and pretzel it was okay
Artichoke isn’t something I’ll eat but it was okay for the first time trying it can’t say I hate it If I never tried it but I’ll say 5/10 for it
The pretzel was okay 6/10 not a fan of pretzel
The chips were a bit salty
The salsa a bit watery
The wings came piping hot ???? very good 8/10
The pina colada was a bit water and chunky maybe add a cherry or some sort of decor for a pina colada or else it would look like a plain pineapple smoothie. Atmospheres was okay seeing the different school in Jacksonville, our waitress was very polite and nice, I would go back if it’s the last resort when it comes to quick late night food with friends in the neighborhood only critique for the service is definitely check on your table not all the time but at least couple of times so customers don’t think your leaving them hanging. Since it did took a while for us to be attended.
Great Joint, solid deal. Why go fast food when you can get so much better for the price. Plus you know you're gonna want a beer.
