Great food and outstanding service at a reasonable price! The servers always welcome me and they keep on smiling. Alexis was my waitress twice and both times she made me smile by her upbeat attitude. She was always welcoming, kind and wore ear to ear smiles even on Sunday night 10 minutes before closing. Another gentleman ( could be the night shift manager ) was the same, always welcoming and very friendly. I travel the country a lot and I can safely say that this is the best Applebee's.
Had an absolutely amazing experience last night 11/16/2024. While our waitress was nice and personable, she did forget our appetizer and my soup, didn’t know our food had been served and gave us the wrong check. The reason our experience was amazing was because of the Manager Dan. He went above and beyond, gave us our appetizers for free even though we insisted on paying,took the time to talk to us about a shared interest of Marvel comics. He really took the time to make us feel like we were more than just a money source.
Only drinks. Bar is the best. Open later than any place around to get a cocktail after 8pm. SAD! The manager is a legend. A wealth of local knowledge. Staff is great. Best Applebee's anywhere!! Thx!
I was let down a little for the first time in a while by an Applebees. However, the wings and bourbon street chicken and shrimp were awesome! The steak was cooked perfectly but had no flavor. The coleslaw also tasted rancid. They replaced it with more broccoli at our request. The payment machine rebooted while trying to pay so I had to wait for that as well. I sat with an empty water glass for a while as well. I do drink my water quickly though, lol.
I like to come here after a long, hard day after school and work to get soft pretzels, cheese, and honey mustard. On point every single time. The best part is that I get a generous amount of food for the money, considering how much things cost. No matter who waits on me, they are always on top of things, doing much more than I could. To all the staff members at the Epping Applebee's, thank you for your hard work and I'll be visiting again soon!
Lexi Carpenter has been our go to waitress for over two months!! We come in with a large group of people and she handles, and treats us with so much care whilst being entertaining!!! She deserves so much and she’s amazing !!! The manager Dan is also very friendly, he checks in with us every time we go and is always a pleasure to talk with !! We all love Lexi and will continue to do so!!!!!
Our experience on Monday, July 29/2024 approx. 1 p.m. was less than perfect. 1st of all waitress was perfect, but as we finished, we moved towards the door to pay (maybe only a Canadian policy?). A youngish woman with dark hair (wish I knew her name!), I assume a manager, walked by and muttered "so rude" about us....apparently we should know that the waitress will come back to our table for payment. (Maybe she could make a sign informing new customers.)
As manager maybe she could also arrange that the fries could be hot, the steak cooked as requested, and maybe she could add some flavour to the coleslaw.
Other than that, we have always enjoyed Applebees.
Me and my friends go here every week. We request Lexi because she is the kindest employee and is always willing to help us. We come with over 10 kids every time and she is always excited to see us. She is the best waitress i’ve ever had and i’m extremely happy to come and see her every week.
