Best WLM Reviews
Leah D was an amazing server. She checked on me many times and was very personable. Her attitude and smile was up and beyond. I’m from MI and traveling but wanted to share with you! Great job Leah!!!
We came by last night around 6. We were seated in just a couple minutes. Our server was Anthony, he was very nice and attentive to our order. We got drinks in minutes, and food came out in bout 10-15 minutes after ordering. Everything was hot and delicious. He would check on us anytime he’d walk by after taking care of his other tables. Very pleasant experience all around, we will definitely come back.
We stopped here as we were on our way to another state. It was around 9pm on a Saturday. The service was good, the manager was helpful, and the food great. I had the Bourbon Street chicken and Shrimp.
Pretty good. The waiter (whose name I don't remember) was really cheerful and attentive. He could notice if our drinks needed a refill from across the room! The food was nice and fresh. My meal was steaming hot! Also, the whole place was very clean, even the bathrooms. Probably the best public bathroom I've ever seen.
I had avoided Applebee's for several years after hearing not great things. I took my grandfather to lunch today and we were blowed away by the food and service. The ribs and steak were excellent. Our server Emma was outstanding. She recommended items, always made sure we had everything we needed and even made us to go drinks. Definitely will be adding this restaurant to our weekly lunch rotation.
The ladies here MADE this place! The food was really good too. Carla is an AMAZING hostess and the BEST first face to see! Total company asset and gold for this company!!!! Jackie was an absolute FANTASTIC server! Fun, friendly, and thorough!!! Emily came by to greet us and was so wonderful! And Brandy was so absolutely sweet bringing us our delicious food!
Food was good and so was the service we received. The only issue I had was a server ran into me and another person, he kept going without apologizing. I turned around to ask him to be more carful of his surrounding. I see he’s swiping on other men and messaging them on his phone instead watching where he’s going. He was trying to block his phone from sight with his book.
Well this was a typical Applebee's experience, the food was pretty good but the service was... Well let's say some of those waiters, what's in their hearts is questionable. The atmosphere was pretty typical for Applebee's, an elderly man who clearly had way too much to drink nearly became combative when the staff asked him to leave after he went on a nearly 5 minute racist rant full of revilment and disparagment.
