Easy, online ordering. First time at this location, ordered for pickup, but definitely will return to dines inside. The order was perfect, and there was nothing missing from the order I placed online. Hostess was very helpful. She took me to the pickup section. The food was nice and hot so it was delicious once we got home. They gavè us very nice portions, and it was right on time that the app said it would be. Nicely packaged, plastic utensils, napkins, and sauces all in the bags. The steaks were cooked perfectly to how we ordered them. I am looking forward to dining in so I can review the bar????????.
Disappointing Dining Experience
I was quite dissatisfied with my recent visit. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, we were seated promptly and our waitress was pleasant. Unfortunately, the food was not worth the visit. The wait time was excessively long for a place with so few patrons.
I ordered the classic bone-in wings, which were overcooked and resembled the wings of a baby quail. The boneless wings were drenched in buffalo sauce to the point of being inedible, with an extremely bitter taste. Even the non-alcoholic drinks were subpar; a simple watermelon lemonade tasted like pure syrup, requiring us to dilute it with water.
I won't be returning to this particular location and may reconsider dining at Applebee's altogether.
We ordered two steaks mine was definitely not edible at all. Our sever she was extremely rude didn't even sit out drinks down we had to take them from her arms. Never came back to check on us. The potatoes were not cooked all the way. My entire plate was not edible. My steak was all gritty. Not edible meat , then the sever complained about another table LOUD in front of everyone. Treated us entirely different then all the other tables shouldn't have to explain why. It's pretty sad and pathetic. Very disappointed wish I could have left zero stars. We still payed for the entire meal even though it wasn't edible.
Shala B is AMAZING!! She is super sweet and respectful. She's quick and she brought our food out in a timely manner. I sat here and watched her knock out three other tables and the bar with grace and each guest left feeling good. Her energy is a breath of fresh air!!! We hope to see her again and will definitely look for her on our next visit. Continue to shine bright!
We had a party of 10 today, Shayla was amazing! She was kind, professional and very friendly! The food was amazing. She paid attention to every little detail. The manager came out to check on our table which was really sweet. I will be returning again soon!
My family & I went yesterday night and the waitress we had was not welcoming we tried to order drinks and she ID my grandma like really? Then ID me which is fine but it clearly states I’m over 21 so i don’t know what she read. Y’all need to work on doing better because we have no problem with this anywhere else. She made y’all lose money last night. Thanks.
Shala was my server great personality! Attitude is outstanding the food was the best I had a classic appetizer the mozzarella sticks were cooked perfect the cheese was perfectly cheesy when you pulled it apart it was stringy with cheese the bbq wings were on point and my favorite the spinach and artichoke dip I wish they served it in a bigger bowl food and service was a 100
Came here for a date night and ended up leaving 25 minutes later. We walked in and stood at the host stand for a little bit until the host asked us “ just two” then said to follow him, so we did. We sat at the table without another word from the host saying of the server would be right with us or anything. Just say our menus and things down and promptly walked away like he was in a rush. Mind you it is dead on there, maybe 5 tables occupied in the whole place. We sat there looking at our menus not a server in sight, figured out what we wanted to the T and yet to even be greeted, asked what we would like to drink or anything. We were sitting for over 20 minutes with multiple servers and staff members looking me in the eyes and continued on still no greeting, no ill be with you in a moment. After about 25 minutes of that we walked out. Absolutely horrible experience.
