Mozzarella sticks 10 out of 10 wings for flavor 10 out of 10 except they were from the bottom of the fryer super small and too crispy over cooked. Had to mozzarella cheese sticks, very hot and fresh but the sauce was lukewarm at best. It ruined it, but it was delicious.
I can’t say enough about the bartender, who actually really knows how to take care of his customers. Attentive, clean bar, great personality it appears to be a perfect fit for him.
Had a long wait for a table and even longer wait for food. Food was not right when it did arrive. Had several new cooks in training. Our server Ike was trying his best and very friendly. The assistant manager Paige redid the food and remedied the situation in the most courteous and personable way! She went above and beyond for customer service!
Stopped here for dinner and ordered the double crunchy wings with Asian sauce! It was so good. The house salad is delicious too. The waitress was very polite and checked on me several times. They have excellent food and service.
All we ordered was two apps….took 20+ minutes and the restaurant wasn’t even half full. When the server brought the spinach and artichoke dip the entire top was covered in hard burned cheese. We asked if we could have a different one that didn’t have burnt cheese and he proceeded to tell us it wasn’t burnt cheese. Dude, we order this every time. He then said, I can take it back then if you want…..wow. Should have led with that. The chips were super old too. Tried to use the restroom and it was disgusting. Dirty toilets and even paper towels in the toilets and all over the floor…..while we ate there were three servers standing around. This used to be a good place to stop—-never again for us.
Came in on a Monday. Service was good but food was not ordered some dish off the two for 28 menu. The artichoke deep as a app it was bland and really didn't have much flavor. We ordered the honey chicken that is on Mac an cheese it was runny and tasteless the chicken part was good we also ordered a chicken dish that had cheese and rice and some funky cheese sauce and rice the sauce was so sour I couldn't even eat it . It was terrible I ate the chicken which was overcooked and dry.
We have ate at a lot of other Applebee's. Maybe it was a bad night for them but it deterred us enough not to go back. First impressions here were very disappointing.
I had the Tuesday special - Bacon crispy chicken sandwich. It was delicious! Our waitress was friendly and efficient.
It was a very pleasant experience.
I always have great service here! Good Happy Hour specials, great lunch specials, and a great atmosphere!
Wait time and the servers experience is always amazing! But the food quality has gone down a lot. Used to be the place to go but the food not so much. Why would this be served.. rather pathetic. Barley any sauce, noodles were rubber and a couple were hard, the food was cold. Do better. Service is really going down hill then what it used to be. It’s not genuine anymore.
