Best WLM Reviews
Really trash food. Idk what people are doing in the kitchen, but 8 out of 9 times, they are going to get your order wrong. They don't even know how to do brocoli. They even get cheap on the lime. Rotten broccoli in the pictures.
There is no "WOW" factor here even after the so-called remodeling.
Strawberry lemonade had no flavor, the bourbon chicken, and shrimp combo. Well, just look at the picture. Potatoes were cool, and the chicken was warm topped with overcooked shrimp.
Manager Drew came threw like Superman..3rd time coming this week an they still had no chicken wonton tacos ???? he went an made sure we least got an order an drinks was bussinn ????????????????????????????????????????????
And I loved Anna our server she made sure we were satisfied

Place used to be good. They need to fire this new manager. Our waitress said the manager has been cutting back on sugar in the tea, and seasoning for the food. Tea tasted like water, strawberry lemonade was without flavor, waited an hour for our food and it was so bland. Our server however was amazing and honest.
Alexia was awesome. Our 9 person party was here for a Gold Star Family after the wreath ceremony on Fort Stewart. She was patient, kind and very attentive to their needs as well as the rest of the group. She is the reason we will all be back soon to dine here.
The service was excellent! Despite having new cooks, they managed the wait time for food very well. We ordered to-go because it was freezing outside that night.
This place is truly a hit or miss. Some days they are ok some days it's hell. But hey it's Applebee's nothing new.
Sadly, we stopped here for lunch while out in Hinesville. It wasn't busy and we haven't had Applebee's in a long time. We thought we would try for a quick bite while they weren't busy. Horrible experience. Ignored by Server, had to wait forever on food (they were not busy) appetizers came out with food instead of seperate. Asked for napkins, ranch etc, never received until late into our meal using napkins from bathroom... Never received Ranch after asking over and over... Food was dry. Ridiculous!!!! waited on refills on drinks. Finally received napkins near the end of the meal...Literally left abandoned by our Server. Never again will we bother to go back. Entire visit was extremely disappointing. Even our food was cold. Never again. Sadly, because of the experience, I felt it important to leave a review.
