On Veteran's Day, my terminally ill roommate really wanted Won Ton tacos from Applebee's. I tried to order some for him but they were out of them. The manager on duty was very polite about it, even though he was dealing with a lot of people that day. My roommate mentioned that he wanted the tacos again this past Sunday, so i placed an order and was glad to see that they had them. I went in to pick them up, and the same manager rushed up and said he remembered me and he felt so bad that they didn't have them on Veteran's Day.
I just wanted to let that manager know that my roommate, who barely eats anything now, ate all four of those tacos. He enjoyed them so much! I plan to go back and buy more for him! Thank you so much!
When I walked in, I noticed a really strange smell. But I was hungry and I have a good immune system. I ordered the bourbon Street steak and a beer.
I let them know. I wanted my Dos Equis dressed. Apparently they don’t have the course grain salt for their drinks.
The steak tasted OK.
Low quality as you would expect from Applebee’s… I still can’t explain the smell in there, it was kind of like rotten fish.
My waitress was nice.
Anyways, I ate my food. Let’s hope I don’t get sick!
The food the first time I at here wasn't bad and the half priced apps was good after a movie but when I went back again, the burger had overcooked bacon the butt end of lettuce for toppings and I said no pickle and they added it anyways. The comment about the food being hit or miss is true so tread with cation. Service was alright definitely need 2 servers if they get busy after 9pm
Good atmosphere, very quiet at the time i went. The food great for an average dining. The garlic steak with mashed potatoes was a little more wet than i would have liked. More watery than it should have been. The desert was the chocolate cake, the chocolate syrup was very chalky and just tasted very cheap. Overall good experience and had an awesome waiter. Adrian G was my waiter and did an awesome job.

As a chain they've been reduced to a mid class sandwich shop. Latest experience...... lunchtime, arrive, (four people already waiting) at the door, no greet person, no bartender at the bar, no customers, except two tables with maybe 6-8 people total. Several people arriving after me just left. When the waiting customers left, all of a sudden, out comes 2 waiters who wouldn't look us in the eyes, no speak, just follow me.
Waiter took our order, drinks and quite cordial, Waited 37 mins. for a burger n fries. They seem to be regularly short staffed. Not bad service, just slow due to short staff. The two waiters looking quite stressed on this day even with such a small crowd. I tipped her well, her and her colleague just in a bad situation.
Hire a few waiters.
Ordered takeout a few months back and it was delicious. Ordered the same take out meals tonight and the food was terrible. 1 steak was well over cooked, 1 steak was barely edible and could hardly be cut with a steak knife. Did not get broccoli side ordered.. Green beans ordered were cold and mushy and tasted like baby food. $11.00 Cole slaw container not full and the spinach dip app container was barely half full. Very disappointed.
The food was good as always. The service was questionable. Waitress came over fairly quickly and got drink order and was quick about bringing our drinks. She then took our order and appetizer came out quickly then our food. NO ONE CAME BACK TO CHECK ON US OR BRING US DRINK (TEA) REFILLS. We sat for 15 mins after we got finished and had to ask a different waitress for our check. We never saw our waitress again till she waited on the table behind us. Anyone could just get up and walk out without paying because no one is paying attention to what is going on. There were several employees that walked by and never asked if we wanted or needed anything else. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER. This is not the first time we had bad experience. The last time about 2 months ago we never received our appetizer but they removed it from our bill and also that time never received refill on tea.
