Best WLM Reviews
The food was excellent, but the service was sub par, though no fault of the server. It appeared that they were under staffed. Our waitress had to work both the tables and the bar, so she did not come by to check on us for drink refills. I had to go to the bar for a soft drink refill. Management needs to properly staff the restaurant.
Anissa at the bar is one of our Faves at Applebee's! She ALWAYS gives us GREAT service and Her Drinks are on point too. I appreciate how she is refilling our drinks before we even ask and making sure we are enjoying our visit every time. ????
The service is always friendly to me. I usually get an appetizer, I am still trying out all of them but right now my favorite is the pretzel. I also usually order the 12oz steak which is always cooked perfectly to what I wanted and tastes really good.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Server gave subpar service. We had to stop her in her tracks as she passed us to order after waiting 15 minutes. The shark bowl I ordered had ZERO alcohol in it. It was like drinking a blue raspberry slushie from AMC. We ordered our steaks medium rare and received them RARE with RAW and HARD brocolli. The staff were less than friendly. I’m never going back.
Delicious food, good service attitude, convenient location, close to the highway, worth a visit!
Decent spot, they have a mix and match deal. during happy hour, the have a dollar off on drinks and 1/2 price on appetizers
Ordered the chicken Alfredo and a bacon cheese burger. My son said the fries had a weird taste. My food Chicken Alfredo had an odd taste as well. Almost like cleaning agent taste . The broccoli was black which could’ve caused that odd taste . I wouldn’t eat at this location again .
This crew was short staffed but managed to serve all it's customers with the greatest of ease . . . Our meals were delicious and our server was helpful and prompt
