Came here on Veterans day for my vet wife to enjoy a quick dinner before heading home from a long "restaurant hopping day" with my family of 4. They told us 30min first, then 15, we were seated in 10. Place was PACKED. Waiters were very attentive and food came out fast. Very impressed. Thank you for serving our veterans with a free meal and for the great service. We had 2 kids under 4 and it felt family friendly, high chairs were available.
Stopped by Applebee’s on Veterans Day for their free steak offer, and even though the place was packed, the experience was outstanding! The staff was incredibly accommodating and showed true appreciation for veterans, making everyone feel welcome and valued. Despite the crowd, my server was attentive, friendly, and quick to ensure everything was perfect. The steak was cooked just right and felt like a real treat. It’s clear that Applebee’s goes above and beyond to honor veterans, and it made for a memorable, enjoyable meal. Can’t say enough about the team here – they turned a busy day into an exceptional experience!
Food was cooked in BUTTER, tasted like a mouth full of salt... Drinks were absolutely terrible. Made with toilet water. And our waitress was talking to other coworkers the whole time. The bartender was on his phone. Never go back. And our waitress also forgot about our drinks due to gossiping with bartender. .
I was totally disappointed this time.

Goodbye Applebees
Me and my group came here a couple days ago. The food was absolutely delicious. It came out fresh, and the hostess and bussers were nice. Oddly enough though, our server, Kat, did not check on us much. She is pail, with dark brown hair in a bum probably 29 years old. At first she seemed friendly. Yet she decided to speak to every other table around us, except for us.
It was embarrassing as we had to ask the bartender for napkins, even the bartender joked "Who's your server so I can yell at them?". When the food came, there was still no silverware. We had to ask the gentleman who passed the food to please provide more napkins and silverware. Furthermore, Kat forgot to bring back a part of our meal.
Was it because we were not the same color as her? It was disappointing but me and my group tried our best to enjoy our meal. I suggest Kat receive more training. She kept pressuring us to order more menu items 3-4 times.
Aside from this, the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly. I do hesitate to return as I am concerned we might have her as a server again. I hope she does not put others through this, it was unpleasant and uncomfortable.

Was seated fairly quickly, thus we waited for our server Leslie to greet us for 58 minutes. Obviously we were ready to place our order as we have done including our drinks that she failed to ask us. She disappeared and we waited for our food to arrive. During our wait we noticed other customer that arrived after us we're seated in our servers section had been greated and attentively taking care of to the point were they received their meals before us. After our meals arrived at different times most items were room temperature and one entire meal was cold (when i asked my server to have the cold meal remade she slammed the plate on her servers tray forcefully). Never did our server ask if we would like refills or if we needed anything else. At one point I had to walk to another employee and ask for napkins. Naturally the employee ask were I was seated and if I asked my sever for these items, I made him aware that the server was non existent. This is the worst service I have ever experienced.

Good service, host, server, bartender.
Burger in the menu looks so appetizing, and BIG!. But the actual burger is small, tastes good. The fries tastes fresh and nicely fried. Music is not too loud, good for a family crowd. The portions of foods are a small. They gave my little one a nice fun activity, but they run out of crayons, bummer…
The food was fine and most of the staff were incredibly friendly. Our server was not the best though. She said her name was Cat or Kat, I think caucasian, with brown hair in a bun. She did not check on us much, did not give us silverwear, napkins, and forgot a menu item we requested that was missing from my families order.
