I like Applebee's, but the quality of food and service has steadily gone downhill. (Covid is over, no longer a viable excuse)
My husband and I tried the waffle bacon cheese fries, and they were really good ????. We will order those again.
I ordered grilled shrimp to accompany my steak. Was told it would come in a garlicky butter sauce. They were dry tiny shrimp 6/$8. I was very disappointed. Lesson learned.
Kaitlyn C our Server was amazing and did as much as she could while being understaffed on the shift and very busy. The food was poorly timed coming out. When you are understaffed and your servers are drowning you as a manager should be helping them out and speaking to upset customers trying to rectify the situation. Not sitting up at the host stand ignoring customers. Ridiculous management.
Horrible svc ordered full rack of ribs and were cold i said something to the waitress she said I'll stick them in the microwave for you... had multiple people in my party not get their food for over 15 min when the 1st half did... manger didn't even bother to come over. The waitress put items on my bill that we didn't order when I addressed it with the waitress she said I'll fix it...nvr came back got stuck paying someone else's bill.
The food was excellent and the service our waitress was exceptional Amber was the best bartender and waitress we could’ve had!!!! The steak ???? so good
The food was good. The waitress was very nice and helpful.
Came for an early anniversary dinner, Everything was delicious and our server Darla was absolutely amazing, she always had a smile on her face, making every customer feel important, I watched as she ran around busy with many tables, but never just rushing by a table without acknowledging her guests. Darla really made our anniversary dinner great!!
Food was good. Waitress was not properly informed on a question regarding a menu item when asked. We were seated promptly and did was delivered quickly.
I was very pleased with the service from Sasha. She was very helpful and respectful. She made the visit very delightful. I appreciate how accommodating she was. The food was delicious and I plan on returning.
