never like the food coz it always tasted not fresh but today was so good! we got the oriental salad & cheeseburger that was so moist & not too salty. we also tried the all u can eat wings & riblet, was worth the price but I think they could do better with the breaded coz it was kinda thick & hard but still good so far! got the best server, Deborah she was so friendly & fast, not too loud but still gave a good service & kept coming back to us! tried bucket rum breeze, long island & margarita were tasty but maybe need more shot of alcohol
We was celebrating Juneteenth Holiday and decided on Applebees. The appetizers were good but the entrees we had was mid. First time trying the dish though I will never order it again. The waitress was great and we left her a nice tip. Happy Juneteenth!
Great vibe. We haven't been in a while. I ordered the bourbon chicken with potatoes. It was really good. The only issue we had was my wife and I received our food probably 10 min before the kids. The manager realized it was an issue and our server really pressed and was able to have about half our ticket comped because of it. Otherwise it was a great vibe, clean, a diverse crowd. We will be back.
I appreciated the manager and corporate not only finding a way to make things right but reaching out to me too. I decided to go back this past Saturday this location. I can honestly say the staff are very welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed a white peach sangria actually two of them. They were awesome and I also ate the spinach dip and chips. The dip could use more spinach in it and cheese but other then that it was okay. I ordered for entree the 12 oz ribeye with mash potatoes and green beans. The sides were seasoned perfectly and the mash was actually my favorite. The steak was seasoned well but the temperature wasn’t cooked correctly. I do appreciate the kitchen staff working with me at the end. I like my steak medium well with some pink and blood I can see but I had gotten back two times a well done steak. Where it wasn’t easy to cut through. But the staff handled the situation well and I definitely will be back for the drinks ???? soon. So I have no complaints.
We dined in on a Wednesday at around 2:30pm and it wasn’t crowded at all. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. The booths were extremely comfortable. We got the all you can eat boneless wings with fries. Everything we ate had great flavor. The boneless wings were tender and crispy(the way they should be). The service was on point. Our waitress made sure that our drinks always stayed full and kept checking in on us. We will definitely be coming back to try other things on the menu.
I went for a burger but decided on steak. Casey was my bartender and was great at discussing the drinks and food options.
The steak was delicious, and the sides were just as good. Everything was on point. It was pleasant at the bar. Multiple screens for viewing and space we to enjoy the atmosphere. Highly recommend.
So underwhelmed with Applebees.
One of my all time favorite things, is the boneless Buffalo wings. Applebees has a great sauce that is thick and sticks to the chicken and is so rewarding. However, after several visits to different locations (Albany GA and Columbus GA) Applebees staff just doesn't care. There is no sense of quality or urgency for the diner. Sad that I use to love this chain, but falling standards have moved it to a last resort choice to dine.
Pretty much like all the Applebees. I sat at the bar and had chicken tortilla soup and chips and dip, draft beer while watching football. The only complaint is that the chips were bottom of the bag crumbles which are useless for dip????
Note, the sangria has schnapps and simple syrup and lot's of fruit making it VERY sweet! Beware!
