Visited this location twice within a week. First time for a late lunch and everything was perfect - we were seated right away, server was friendly and efficient, food arrived quickly and it was delicious. Second visit was on a Tuesday for a $9.99 burger special. We asked 3 times if Whisky burger was 9.99 and server confirmed that it was. Food came out quickly, it was delicious but when the check came, he charged us $15.99 for a Whisky burger. We pointed out the error, he apologized and brought a new check, but this put a damper on our experience.
The food was good and filling at okay prices. The service started out quick but it slowed down near the end. The drink special was really good and tasted delicious. The kids loved their kids meal.
We had a horrible experience. They were out of 2 of the kids drinks we ordered. It took over 20 minutes just to get our order taken. This location does not honor the all you can eat boneless wings even though it says it on the website. We were told it's a franchise so it doesn't always have what's on the website. We were there an hour and 20 minutes. We left before our food came.
We had Christina as our server and she was absolutely amazing! Food was out fast, fresh and tasted delicious. Service was amazing and everyone was super friendly and engaging. Drinks were also on point! Will definitely be back and turned out to be a great birthday dinner!
The people here are so kind, especially our server Tony. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant experience. The managers Brandon and Tyler both stopped by to make sure we were happy. Tyler was a hoot. We had a great experience!!!
Food was fantastic! As well as the service. If you ever get Sarah she’ll take good care of you. She was so sweet and kind to us, other employees/ coworkers and guests too! Keep up the smile and hard work Sarah. My husband and I had a great time, and you were such a joy to be around! ❤️
The service was excellent. My husband ordered the whiskey burger w/1.00 boneless wings. Which by the way were good. I ordered Broccoli Chicken Pasta Alfredo with garlic bread sticks. The pasta was good. But the bread sticks were not bread sticks.. Tasted like donut dough, fried. Didn't taste garlic. Would not recommend. Our server was awesome, wish I would have gotten her name. Atmosphere was nice.
Friendly staff with good food at good price in good atmosphere. My steak was a bit dry and we had some paper pieces on the ground. But overall very nice place to go for a meal and relax.
