Good Evening, I’m currently at Applebees Rome Ga right now trying to enjoy Burger Monday and ordered 2 impossible burgers. And after the same thing happening we checked the food before eating this time due to paper being left on the patty. Our waitress hadn’t even left the table yet and we immediately showed her. Also it’s a very unprofessional environment tonight with staff arguing back and forth on who will be our waitress. They ran out of food. Then we saw the sign for free queso dip if they don’t offer new cocktail she got upset and said she would get in trouble. The last 3 experiences have been horrible. I’m sending over a picture of the paper and my waitress said yes that’s a lot of paper because they don’t sale them alot. Like what kind of excuse is that? I feel like my complaint really wasn’t taken seriously at all. Due to this being the 3rd time over 2 months. The entire situation is a bad look. They also left the burger with paper in the table. While my husband ate his fries. Nobody offered to make him another burger. Chelsea was the manager on duty and she didn’t come to the table walked right pass us as if she didn’t see us. Left it up to the waitres to deal with. I’ve made several complaints to Area Director Jeff Tanner and not even a gift card offered. This is unacceptable.
Our server was christina. It was my daughter's 21st birthday. She chose Applebee's because she wanted a shark bowl. She was carded. That was fine. Christina had an issue with her license being in the wrong direction (upward means you are underage, sideways means you are not) A manager was called over explaining that they don't take ID'S that are upwards. I had to remind her that it was Sunday and the license place isn't open to fix it on her birthday. After that things seemed to go well until the end of the night when Christina let us know that my daughter could get a free brownie bite for her birthday. She got them. She ate them. When the bill came we have christina a 25% tip with the bill. When she ran the card the price changed. She changed us for the "free" brownie bites. We didn't notice until we were leaving. We stayed for a few minutes but didn't see her again. All I can add is that I am a regular. The next time I get christina she isn't getting a tip from me.
I came by for lunch and my server was Courtney and she did a fantastic job, she is super attentive, and friendly and answered all of my questions politely. 10 out 10 service, I will definitely be back and requesting her as my server. Outstanding!!!!!
Skip was fantastic. We were having a celebration dinner for our daughter and he made it so much better with his positive attitude. He made great suggestions and added a few extra appetizers for our celebration. He made it so much fun. The food was also great. Thank you.
Food was good, but ordered a frozen drink and could hear the bartender complain. She didn't even blend it very well. We pulled big pieces of ice out of the drink. Employees bickering in front of customers. Our server Makayla was great but the other staff need a lesson is customer service and etiquette. Yall need another bartender and if that's your manager then yall need a new one.
Placed a order at 12am. Order was ready by 1227. And I didn't get my whole o order. I ordered riblet plate with fries and riblet platter with fries and Mac n cheese. I have never seen this before. Will be calling in the morning. Went today to take my mom and daughter out to eat for mother's day and mary kate was great. Great energy and service. Bourbon chicken and shrimp on point
Sat down and waited for 12 minutes. When my food came out, the hamburger was great but the fries were cold and stale. Never got a refill of sweet tea. Just the worst waitress ever!

New to the area and to be honest I hadn't heard good things about this place but thought I'd give it a try anyway.
How wrong they were - I loved it!
The staff are super friendly, the food is very reasonably priced and the dish I chose was delicious!
I will we returning.
