I had the pleasure of being served by Chris during my recent visit to Applebee's, and I just have to say, he was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we sat down, Chris greeted us with a warm and genuine smile, making us feel right at home. He was attentive without being overbearing, and his recommendations for the menu were spot on.
Not only was Chris efficient and friendly, but he also went above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect. Our drinks were always refilled promptly, and our food arrived hot and exactly as we ordered. He even checked in at just the right times to ensure we were enjoying everything.
It's rare to encounter such outstanding service, and Chris truly made our visit memorable. His positive attitude and dedication to providing excellent service set the standard for what a great dining experience should be. Thank you, Chris, for making our time at Applebee's so enjoyable – we'll definitely be back!
Thanks to staff at Applebee's a great place to eat. The manager Tracey was personable and special thanks to Abigail for the excellent service. Our steaks were served to perfection.
I'm not normally in this part of town but went there because they were offering a free meal to veterans. First of all, the meal was excellent (shrimp ????). They seated me at the bar which was as busy as the rest of the restaurant. Brett did an excellent job of taking care of everyone's orders, checked on us regularly, was friendly, efficient and professional. I plan on making every effort to be 'in this part of town' more often!
what i expected vs what i got. beef patty wasn’t even an inch thick maybe almost 1/2 an inch. looked like a smash burger with how flat it was. server asked if i wanted it pink inside and of course i said yes but it came out sooooooo overcooked and dry. also asked for fries well done and they didn’t do that either. 0/10 never coming again
Had a wonderful evening tonight with my family and I! We had the best server Chris. He has the brightest personality and he definitely needs a raise because he does such an amazing job! We also had the pleasure of meeting the host Stormy and she was so helpful and really helped take care of us. The food was cooked perfectly and I am definitely looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommend.
I LOVE APPLEBEES!! great service, even better food. all the workers are extremely nice & food is always timely & warm, not to add SCRUMPTIOUS????
Molly, our server, provided outstanding service with great attention to detail regarding our food order and my steak was delicious and cooked to perfection. We were also impressed with the manager who came to our table to advise of reason for slight delay with our meal. Both our server, Molly, and her manager were very professional and courteous.
10/10 recommend eating here. Our waitress Makayla W. was the absolute best! She definitely deserves more hype. Ask for her when you come in. I promise you will be satisfied. The manager was also super sweet. I think his name was Tracy.
