We went to Applebee's on Trolley Rd. in Summerville yesterday. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was great. We ordered the current special they have going on for unlimited Shrimp, boneless wings and riblets with coleslaw and bottomless fries. The food arrived to the table hot and delicious. The shrimp was double battered and was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Each item was great. And we definitely plan to return for more soon. We arrived when they were about to open but the waiter was not social, never smiled but he did the job well.
The meal was good. Stacey, the waitress was very accommodating and helped us move tables due to the cold temperature at the table we were sitting at.
It's been a good while since I've been out to an Applebee's. And this most recent visit was one of the best I've ever had in all my years dining out at Applebee's. I do not recall our waiters name but he was awesome. He was helpful in his recommendations and accommodating throughout our entire meal, and he did NOT believe in letting our drinks reach the empty line. He worked hard and deserved every dollar of the gracious tip we left. Food was great, hot and sizzling as a few of our entrees were supposed to be served.

Loved there $1 cocktail for Halloween ????. Food was good, the shrimp on my stake weren't pink? Not use to that? Didn't get sick,so I guess it was good.

It's Applebee's. You get pretty much what you expect, however I must say that this is one of the better Applebee's I've ever been to. If they follow this location's game plan they might be able to make a comeback
I’m a regular customer, but we asked for a Loaded Mashed Potato, but they gave pasta. We also ordered Fiesta Lime Chicken, but they never put cheese on top, we also ordered Crisp Honey Chicken Tenders with a 4 cheese pasta, but they put bacon when I said no bacon. Never again!!!!
Had a good visit. Was grateful for the free appetizer coupon that came in my email :) we got the Neighborhood Nachos Beef, and loved & appreciated the nice size dollop of sour cream & guac :) kids got kid’s stuff. No complaints from them. I tried their White Cheddar Bacon & Chicken Skillet and was grateful the chicken had seasoning on it! Mashed Potatoes were delicious, but I can’t say the same for the Mac & cheese. The texture & cheese sauce was perfect but it tasted bland. Small let down, but it’s all good. Their sweet tea made it all better. The End.
The first thing I look for at any service establishment is decent customer service. St least a smile and a friendly introduction would suffice. To say I’m impressed would be a lie. Hosts don’t introduce themselves, they seat you and say little to nothing at all. No proper introduction from servers, they just immediately take your order and go about their day. Ordered two plates of mozzarella sticks and one order was plated nicely while the other looked like they just threw them on the plate. Our food came out and it was fresh, plating was much better. My mom had to send her food back because it tasted weird. The bathrooms are dirty and smell gross. The restaurant is damn near empty so there honestly isn’t an excuse as to why the service here sucks.
