Was going to be a 1⭐ appetizer never came out, my ribs were cold. But the manager came to fix it. Took the appetizer off Bill and boxed it to go. And reheated ribs and made new fries.
Menu has gotten so small and simple.

Placed an order and hour and a half before the pick up date and had to wait ten minutes before we actually got our food. That would be fine but, it wasn’t busy, the waitress gave us a rude look, and the boneless wings were dry and hard. Also one of the boneless wings was half of a wing.
First time to this Applebees and we wanted to finally try it since it’s local. So me and my wife brought our 2 kids to enjoy a family lunch just to be told that they won’t have any booths available for 50 minutes . Now if they were busy we would understand but most of the place was empty? So when I asked if we can sit were there was plenty of seats available they said no. When I asked why…it was because they only have waiters on specific sides. So basically even though they have half the place empty instead of doing the right thing and seating us they said they can’t until another waiter comes in, in about an hour…… so we left and will never be back and wanted to point out as I write this review there are other people leaving upset because they can’t be served in an empty Applebees ???? place is a joke
We sat at the bar for 15-20 mins before anyone asked what we wanted to order. We sat at the bar 20 more mins and still didn't get our drinks. The bartender completely ignored us. So we left and went to 99 restaurant. We had our drinks in less than 5 mins. Poor customer service Applebee's, I go to you guys a lot. I will not be returning.
Worst service ever. Our waiter took forever to get to us and wasn’t busy. He spent most of the time pretty sitting in a both with a customer. Got my kids drinks wrong. My drink sat at the bar until another waitress brought to me. My daughter’s mozzarella sticks came after the meal. My chicken bacon ranch sandwich came with no ranch, again someone else had to fix the issue as my waiter didn’t show up. After spending hours at the beach, driving in heavy traffic, just wanted a quick lunch on way home and it wasn’t anywhere I would want to go to again. My kids like the Applebee’s near us but the one in Concord NH was by far worst experience I have had in months.
I do not like leaving bad reviews but the service and food quality at this Applebee’s is subpar. Arrived in the 1:00 hour so not very busy. We were seated immediately and waited patiently to see our server. The host noticed that we had no beverages so offered to get us water. That was nice. Server showed in about 5 minutes. We ordered and continued to wait. Minutes went by. Water glasses emptied no food. Finally hubby set timer and we decided to leave if food did not show within the next 10 minutes. With three minutes left the riblet platter and chicken with shrimp showed up. Riblets were charred. No meat flavor or meat because of over cooked meat. Chicken was charred on one side. Able to peel meat off the burned side. Potatoes and fries were good. Table next to us requested water and never received it. We asked for veteran discount and server said she would be happy to give. Waited again till we decided that 10% was not worth the time we waisted already. Paid using the tablet on the table. Thank goodness I did not give a card to the absentminded server. Diner beware at this Applebee’s. I will go to other Applebee’s but not this one in Concord, NH.

Our bartender (Faylyn) made great drinks & the manager Eric came out introduced himself and made sure things were going great and tasted well.
