Honestly, whoever manages this place needs to tighten up or get more considerate, detail oriented staff. I understand it was a busy night, but as someone who works in customer service, I’m EXTREMELY disappointed and had expectations way too high. I would’ve rather waited longer for my order to be exact, than have multiple issues after spending so much money. I usually don’t make reviews but after spending $50 for the food + delivery, and not receiving majority of my order, any extra sauces, or silverware, please reconsider going here if you are reading this. My salad looked so sad, too. Maybe a handful of lettuce, few pieces of cheese, no croutons and no salad dressing. This was absolutely disappointing to learn that when this place is busy, the only thing that matters is their own time rather than a customer’s business. At this point, contact me if you guys need someone to pick up some shifts. I tipped my driver $12 because of the wait, because I knew she needed to make more than that in an hour and felt bad — yet this is how this Applebee’s location treats customers that spend decently. I just moved from Florida and Applebee’s was always a favorite of mine. Florida always met past my expectations. Every. Single. Time. Now, I don’t even like Applebee’s and will not be reconsidering. Do better, for the sake of your own success… that is, if that’s even a priority at this location?…

We just moved to the area and realized there is still ONE Bees left!! So out of pure nostalgia we decided to have dinner there. But we were fully aware of what we were going into…Applebees isn’t known for the best of the best lol hence why they’re all gone.
To our delight it was great. The waitress was friendly and efficient. Food was great, we ordered a couple diff platters. I ordered steak, she had a pasta.
They still have their 2 for $25 ect so that’s awesome.
The waitstaff is hanging around talking and being kids, so if that’s something that could bother you? Prob not the spot for you because it is empty.
We enjoyed our stroll down memory lane. Will probably swing by a second time eventually.
If I could give ZERO.stars, I would!! I was here Saturday night 12/7 after the Christmas Parade. When we got there the hostess/manager told us it would be a few minutes. Cool, no problem. She even came back and kept us updated. Once we got to our seat, and got our orders placed after repeating it 2 times because the server seemed confused and even told one of the memebers in our group that her meal wasn't on the menu she had to show him, the first plate of food didn't come out until at least an hour later. The server never kept us informed, we only got updates when we asked about it, and then he kept telling us " it will be ready in about 3 minutes ". Twenty minutes later still no food. He kept blaming it on the restaurant being so packed, but they were really not all that busy. We didn't get to eat as a family because he brought out one plate and then 5-10 minutes later another plate until all the plates were served.. This was my first time here and definitely the last time, and it didn't help that it was FREEZING in there. My husband asked one.if the workers and he said for the ac wasn't on, but neither was the heat. We had to sit there with our.heavy jackets on and one waitress was working with hers on. I will say that the brown hair hostess/ manager worked her butt off! I know while we were waiting on our food we talked to her for a minute and she said she was already 12 minutes late getting out of there, yet she was STILL there when we left! That young lady deserves a raise!!! Two different tables canceled their orders and left because the service was so bad.
This was my 3rd time here and it started off great and then went down hill. Desiree R was my server and she started off great. The food was good and so was the drink. She asked if we were ready for our bills and brought it to us at 8:15. We sat waiting for her to collect the checks so we could pay and leave. By the time she brought my card back it was 8:42. The reason for this long wait was because a 12 top came in and she made the choice to focus on them only by taking drink orders 1st and then their food orders. Crazy thing is they were sitting right across from us and she continued to walk by and never said a word to us about collecting the bill so we can pay. I had to say something to another server about waiting 15 mins so far and I just want to pay my bill so I can go home. That is when she finally said that she would be over after she finished taking their orders. She had us feeling like we were not as important as the 12 top.
Worst experience ever! Wanted to enjoy a night out with family and ended the night with a terrible experience. Had to wait roughly 15 mins to be seated, which isn’t terrible but then it went down hill even more. Ordered our drinks and then took awhile to have our order taken. When our order was finally taken, the server argued with me about something that was on the menus. He said that the item I asked for wasn’t on the menu and finally let me order it when i showed him where it was listed on the menu. Then when our food did start to come out. Two entrees came out before the two appetizers we ordered. Seems backwards to me. The rest of our orders came out one by one and others were completely finished eating by the time the last person got their food. Even had to ask multiple times for our drinks to be refilled. Other tables left before they even were able to order because the server didnt get their food orders. One table didn’t even get their drink orders in because the server ”didn’t know they were his table”. Definitely won’t be going back.
Came in. Not a single soul in the restaurant. Got sat and was told by a server she was gonna go find our server. She came back 10 min later and said our server was hiding in the bathroom so she would take our drink order. We sat there for 15 min waiting for our drinks while still in an empty restaurant as we watched the employees stand around and eat bijangles then we watched one of the beers we ordered just sit there at the bar while they continued to eat. After ten min they bring us the beer that has been sitting there then tell me they don’t have the ingredients to make my drink and I needed to order something else. Just decided to leave
Waited forever for our food. An hour to be exact. And then it's 30 degrees outside and they have the A/C so we shivered the whole time we were there. There was one poor girl running around doing the other servers jobs and she looked super stressed. I thought the one in Summerville was bad. Wow this one was much worse. First time and now the last time I'll ever come here.
Applebees staff including the managers is Great and the food is awesome and taste great. I would recommend going there just check it out if you in the area. The staff is patience with the customers too. Taco is great….. She is very patience with people and she is one of the managers. Thank you Applebees staff including the cooks too… I am always going in there to eat and having a drink. I believe I have almost everything on the menu because I like to eat…..
