I had an amazing lunch meetup with one of my girlfriends at this hidden gem Applebee's in Chelsea, where the laid-back vibe, fresh and delicious burger, and great service made for an unforgettable lunch experience! Their $9.99 lunch time special offers great options! If you haven't tried them, now is the time!!????????????
There have been some major improvements in this establishment. Service is the best I have ever experienced at this location. Timely concern to every aspect of dining, I never had to ask for even one detail. Food was great and delivered hot to the table in the perfect order. Manager came by personally and asked about my dining experience.

The food wasn't very good. Fries tasted oily and everything was a bit bland. The service was great and the staff were friendly and attentive. Everyone has an off day with what ever their profession so I guess the chef was have theirs this day. It happens!
Wow what a difference two years makes. Thats how long its been since we were here last. Everything has improved! The big thing for me is they got rid of those devices that were supposed to be used to place your order.
Food is good, service is good, place is clean.
BEWARE !!!! READ THE REVIEWS We went in one time for the all you can eat. The waitress brought out the food and left and never came back for us to order more so I guess that’s why they call it all you can eat . Then another time I ordered steak and got sweet tea. The sweet tea was pure sugar. The waitress said they put in twice the amount of sugar . The steak I ordered rare was well and couldn’t be chewed. The worse Applebees ever. I’ve tried 5 times to eat here but it’s a disaster every single time. I’m waiting for them to close and I’ll go to the new restaurant that moves in their building.
Me and my family waited 2 hours for someone to take our order because apparently the Manager sent all the cooks home sick ????. Well when the 2 waitress finally came to take our orders it too another hour and a half to 2 hours to get our food. When the food came out we we’re missing 2 of the kids meals and Fries and 4 sides of shrimp. When the shrimp came out it was like 4 small shrimps in a portion cup. So unprofessional….. not to mention my niece still hasn’t gotten her food. The Manager was horrible, he didn’t want to discount or food but gave us $10 off coupons. That place is so bad the employees was talking about the manager. The dishes was dirty and the dish washer was just walking around. It was also bugs in the sprite. The bathrooms was disgusting. I will never eat at this location again..
The server Gadi, although I believe he was training, was wonderful. The Spinach and artichoke dip was really good. The Salmon was cooked perfectly and the atmosphere was inviting.
Very strange vibe. Got seated, waited for about 15 minutes while no one came to our table & seemed to try very hard not to give us any eye contact. Left. Will never be back.
