My family and I stopped here on the way back home to Georgia from visiting family in New Orleans for Thanksgiving. We hadn’t visited Applebee’s in years. The food was delicious. I had a grilled chicken breast that was very moist and juicy. My husband and daughter both had sirloins that were juicy and tender. The broccoli was steamed to perfection. My only wish is that they had a pepperoni pizza option on the kids’ menu for children who want pepperoni instead of plain cheese pizza. My son was disappointed about that, and I tried to make up for it with an extra side of strawberries to go with his corn dog and fries meal. He ate every bit of it! We all had clean plates. Great food, great experience.
Tessa was our server she was ok, she would’ve got a better tip had she not complained so much. The Spinach and Artichoke dip was good and hot, the cheese in it was phenomenal. The salsa dip was surprisingly good. The Cesar Salad was the worst tasting Cesar dressing I’ve ever had. I was so aggravated with it not only did I not eat it but I forgot to take a picture of our main dish. We ordered the Fried Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich. It was good but could hardly taste the ranch. If u order it, order a side of ranch to dip it in. Overall was not impressed. The best deal would be to go at 9 and get the half priced appetizers. They are limited to Mozzarella Sticks, Spinach and Artichoke dip, and boneless wings. Just my two cents, hope your experience is better than ours!
We had a delightful lunch! Our server was awesome, she took our order without even having to write it down. Everything was served without error! She kept our drinks refilled without our having to ask. The service was impeccable! I only wish I would have gotten her name. Reset at a booth near the front door. I do remember her saying she was pregnant. So to handle our table without writing anything down getting everything correct, you just can't get service like that anymore!!!
I don’t know why they have a curbside feature. No one pays attention to it. I prefer someone telling me to walk in. There were a couple of cars sitting there waiting. Sad
Our server Cherry was amazing. She was super friendly and welcoming. She checked on us numerous times. We had literally everything we needed. I’ll definitely be back just because of her.❤️
After a long day of excellent progress, my wife and I decided to celebrate this occasion by visiting the Applebee's Bar & Grill in Slidell, located in a fairly busy and bustling area, and when entered, we were greeted with an excellent host who provided us a nice seat at a table, with a view showing the busy hours of a growing town.
We were greeted with two amazing hostesses, one of which is being trained by the other, Destiny and Tessa/Tia, both with jubilant smiles and willingness to provide excellent service.
We had the Spinach Artichoke Dip as an appetizer, and it was a very hot and delicious morsel, with the gooey cheese provided to make us crave for the main course. As expected, the quality of food was utterly delicious and quite frankly, the double cheeseburger with fries, along with the salmon for my wife were utterly delicious.
This particular establishment was incredibly terrific and I would highly recommend everyone to come here, if you're seeking quality dining and a service that is more than worth it.
Also, I would like to thank Destiny and Tessa/Tia for their hospitality.
We had few saff members coming at our table and all of them had a different jackets, shirts... They don't even look like they are working there. I think that will be way better if all of them have a uniforms. And they will look more professional. Food was good like always, no comment on that. It came fast and hot.
Waited 10 minutes to be greeted for my pickup order. After he got my name he then just moved on to the people behind me to seat them and take their orders.. my order was waiting the entire time… also they have roaches here is a picture taken at the host stand at 8:30 on 10/20/24 first thing you see walking in…
