My visit was for dinner, we ordered the special of 1 starter and 2 dishes for 32.My waitress, despite not showing sympathy, was courteous. My drink was delicious, it was a sangria. I recommend it!The chicken melted in my mouth and the shrimp had so much flavor. The cut of meat is very juicy and cooked to perfection. My visit was on July 7At approximately 8 let me congratulate the cooks and the bartender. I have been to the vast majority of restaurants in the area and by far I loved the taste of this day at this restaurant!I haven't visited it for a long time but without a doubt now it will be one of my favorites.
Went there for the 50-cent wings and was not impressed. Tried 5 of the Garlic Parmesean, and they were not good. Had way too much butter in the sauce. I also got 5 of the Buffalo, which were your standard Applebee's flavor. We also got the chicken salad but asked for no tomatoes. The salad came out with the smallest diced tomatoes I've ever seen on a salad.
Im writing this review as Im waiting to grab an to go order. I have been standing there for 10 minutes with no one coming to help. I tried to asked a waitress only being told 'I'll be right back with you.' And she never came back.
Not gonna come back again.
The one on Good Middling Dr is much better.
Decided to have lunch today at the Applebees on Skibo Road. Good decision because it was a slow day and very few customers. Chris at the bar was our server and did an excellent job. I had the Applewood smoked bacon burger and my wife had the chicken quesadillas. Both were delicious. The burger was loaded and the pickles and red onions made the sandwich absolutely perfect. Great lunch. Thanks to Applebees. Only downer was no draft beer because of difficulties.
I got take out and it wasn’t a great experience, I could only imagine what dinning in would be like. The steak was ok, but the broccoli was over cooked. There were no condiments in the order. Multiple employees just watched while people stood waiting to be helped. The restaurant was dead, few people at the bar and about 4 tables occupied.
The restaurant was empty when we got there. But a line of people waiting to be seated. It took about 25 minutes to get a seat because the staff were nowhere in sight. We got the wrong food, it took forever to even get that. The food was okay. The restaurant also had a lingering smell of feet,???? like it could use a good cleaning. It was hard to even get a refill on drinks, because the staff were never around. All the staff seemed to be hanging out in the kitchen singing, but we could all hear them singing from our table.????
Well after Reading the Reviews my expectations were low and I was debating on going at all. But as a foodie and Reviewer I had to check this area out. As soon as we walked in there was a Welcoming atmosphere, I also didn't have to wait more than a few moments for a seat. The waitress was polite and consistent with my table, explaining each dish and what they had available to check out. The food didn't take too long to come to our table and I noticed it was hot, fresh and smelt great. The taste was what I expected after seeing it and the flavor did indeed have a fresh texture to it.

I haven't been to Applebee's in a while so I decided I would visit to get a Bourbon Street steak, I remember the first time trying it meant years ago, it was so delicious.
My visit was Friday around 12:00 noon, parking was easy right up front and upon entering the hostess was very polite, she immediately escorted me to my seat. The establishment was clean the atmosphere was nice. My server was "Dee" she was just fabulous, the best part of the dining experience. She was knowledgeable, polite, attentive, just plain wonderful, thank you Dee.
She took my drink order, have me a few months to make my selection. I place my order, and the food sauce quickly, thank you kitchen staff. Dee even brought me both A1 & 57 without asking, I love that!
On another note, my food was okay. For some reason it did not provide my taste buds with what I hoped for. It did not give me the same flavor palette that I had remembered from before. I'm not sure why the taste was different, maybe quality, I don't know it could have been a number of factors. Nonetheless, that was a bit disappointing.
I will return, I hope I'm fortunate to be seated in Dee's section, however I will order something else, there's many options on the menu.
