To start off with the spinach artichoke dip, the chips were so stale they weren't worth eating. I got the Fiesta Lime Chicken, the chicken was so dry, you could have choked on it and coughed out a feather.
It was that bad, and it wasn't cutting like a chicken breast, I'm thinking it was a lab grown piece of chicken. That's what it seemed like to me. My girl friend got the riblets but it was the strangest looking riblets I've ever seen. They were big cuts of meat, with BBQ sauce on them. She said there was alot of gristle and they were rather chewy. Better luck next time Applebee's, not going back there again. The food does not look like their photos.
Where do I begin?? Oh, with my server, she was Soooooo sweet, kind, understanding and helpful!!! Now let’s talk about the food!!! I ordered queso dip, $7.99! The queso didn’t even cover the bottom of the small bowl and it was cold! Entree, Burbon street chicken, my absolute favorite but not anymore! The chicken, while juicy and tender, it was not seasoned and at appearance, it looked undercooked! Got the entree replaced with the 3 cheese penne! Again, unseasoned!! I just got a box and will tweak it when I get home. Sad to say, we will not be coming back to this location! But Ms. Emily, giirrrllll, you are amazing!!!
We spent $70 plus eating. Waited on the bill for 20 minutes, Then the waitress brings us out kid cups to go for our Pepsis. I asked for manager without being rude. Comes out and tells me unless you order to go that’s what you get pretty much. So if you get to go orders and spend $30 you get big girl cups. If you dine in and get appetizer and desserts and spend more money then you get kid drinks to go. Total nonsense. Pisses me off because I really love the fiesta lime chicken. But this is my last time!!!!
Quality of the food is lacking. Mac and Cheese was dry, tough… They state in the menu that they use Kraft Mac and Cheese, very simple recipe, takes under 8 minutes to make fresh and cost a dollar to make, why serve this old and reheated… Sampler was served reheated as well, the spinach dip was lukewarm, cheese sticks were cool to warm, and the chicken was not hot either. The only item that seemed to be fresh was the bbq sauce.
This is a management issue and will not be corrected until management changes or is held accountable. These items should have never left the kitchen. Hopefully this reached the owner or person who wants to see the restaurant succeed as it did years ago to correct the issue. For a restaurant to be half empty on Mothers Day says a lot. And the reviews of lacking quality are spot on.
I ordered online and picked up curbside. I was very disappointed with the appearance of my meal and the temperature of the food. The burger was slightly more than warm and the fries were cold. I was surprised at the presentation of this meal, normally the food is hot and delicious. I will think twice about ordering in this manner in the future.
This was by far the best experience at an Applebee's restaurant, I have had in a very very very long time. My waitress, Kaitlyn C, was absolutely fabulous and so fantastic at the service she provided me. She was spot on in ensuring all my need where a 100+ percent met. She went well above and beyond to ensure that it was the best experience. The best part she did it all with the most pleasant and amazing smile. It was an honor and a privilege to be served by such an amazing person. She is an absolute top notch server!
I highly, highly recommend asking for her, if you come to this Applebee's ????

Excellent service and very delicious food. We really enjoyed ourselves at Applebee's. The appetizers (QUESADILLA) were awesome, and the tea was really good. I had the grilled chicken and shrimp, and my wife had the French onion soup. Good parking and a very clean restaurant.
My fries was cold slaw was trash boneless hot wings was super salty I asked did they taste the food before they put it out she said they can't smh I asked for the manager he came out didn't even have manners very poor Customer service rudeness at its best. But I asked another waitress. What was his name and she says hunmm I think kevin really I see why it was empty
