Barkeep was so busy in the late afternoon, it was tough to get her attention to ask a question. Was my first time there, so not surprisingly, she paid more attention to her regular customers and tables than me. Food smelled great.
The unlimited boneless wings and fries were okay. The price of $12.99 + tax makes them somewhat worth it. I wouldn't want to eat these again, however. The entire restaurant was sticky and needs to be cleaned. Service was mediocre and the waiter was making us feel bad by saying how hard he works to only receive $14 checks due to the promotion (I still tipped the waiter). Received a ton of unwanted ranch despite never asking for ranch.
If you want a cheap meal that will fill you up, eat here. If you want tasty food and great service, don't eat here.
Emily was our waitress and she was horrible. She had an attitude as if she didn’t want to be at work. Our lunch took over 30 minutes and my daughter asked for a dressing she knew they carried. Emily, the waitress said we don’t carry that when my daughter gets it at every Applebee’s restaurant. So we ask her to check and they did carry it. She never even came back to tell us that they had that dressing.
So when she got the salad, it had ranch instead of the dressing that she requested. It was just terrible because she didn’t pay attention to detail. She never came back to check on us and see if our food was good once we did get it after 30 minutes and it was not busy.
When I told the management they had a nonchalant attitude as well this store sucks and this is the store on 24th St. and baseline. There is always an issue at the store. It’s either the customer service or the food. The people working there just seems so unhappy, unfortunately , it’s customers that have to suffer.
My experience today was very disappointing. I will not be visiting that store again!!l
Absolutely terrible! Customer service was horrible and all the food was wrong. Our waitress never came to check on us. I asked 3 times in over a 30 min span for a drink… never came. My steak was burnt on one side and raw on the other side.
Stopped for a beer and stayed for 3.
Ice cold beer after long hot day in Phoenix is very relaxing. Sat up at the bar and ended up ordering my dinner (steak & potato), to go.
Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.
Arrived at 12:20 on a Saturday night. People inside eating but the front door was locked. House of operation should be updated if you’re not truly open until 1am.
Food is typically good.
Had full rack of ribs the spicy ones, they were good the spicy ones. It bit cold But well flavor. Also, server was awesome and was attentive.
The food was decent and the atmosphere was uniquely entertaining (there was a football game on and lots of cheering); overall, the whole family enjoyed the experience - and our server was exceptional!!
