I don't know what happened because the food there is typically delicious. Today I ordered the Whiskey Bacon Burger, and it was utterly inedible. It looked and tasted like it had been sitting for some time. The outside was crusty and burnt and it fell apart as I was trying to eat it. And it certainly wasn't pink like I ordered. Not to mention it, and the fries were cold. Since I ordered through DoorDash, I could only get a $5.00 refund, so that's $12.99 in the trash. And as Margot said in The Menu, "And the worst part is I'm still ******* hungry."
The food could've definitely been better. It seemed to be a bit on the greasy side. The mozz sticks were on special. 50ct each, so I didn't complain. The chips for the spinach dip were the worst I'd ever had.
Rene was a good waiter. They were distracting him, and he still was on point as much as he could be.
It had been a while since I was able to dine out, so I chose to stop into Applebee’s Kirkwood. WOW! The remodel, the service from Lisa is still unmatched, it was my birthday and I just wanted something peaceful. Shelby (I believe that was the manager’s name), was very welcoming and it was just an all-around good time. Thank you for the much needed night. I will fit a visit into my rotation of night outs soon!
Everyone knows how it is going out to eat and hungry. Sometimes food takes long and it can be frustrating. But every time I’m here I get served quickly place is clean and recommend the best server there JULIAN. Food is fresh and really good !
Went here for the all you can eat boneless wings. Food was really good, service was great, drinks were on point especially the 1800 peach margarita and top shelf Long Island ice tea! Who doesn’t love appetizers and cocktails plus the happy hour prices was AMAZING! I noticed that the first order comes out with fries but after that you have to request the fries otherwise the waiter will just keep bringing out 6 boneless bites on a tiny plate (which was fine by me because I needed room in my belly for more boneless wings lol). Overall great experience. I’ll be back!
I definitely will not be going to this location ever again and I will be taking the issues I had here up as high as I need to. Your cooks made our food completely wrong, steaks pink, stuff on certain meals that weren't supposed to be and we spent almost a hundred dollars there and I had to put in several complaints to hear back from anyone and at first they offered my food back once I was able to get back there than someone from guest relations responded saying they would refund me. Well just like they supposedly couldn't find my complaints which I have proof of, they couldn't find my order supposedly either. After weeks of back and forth and being told I'd get my money back and the food made again, now the manager tried to say she would just mail me a $20 credit. I don't think so. You don't offer someone a refund, offer to remake their food and do neither of the two. I simply asked several times just remake the food since we were already offered by another manager to have them remake it once we were able to get back there and this other manager went back and forth with me for weeks saying she wanted to fix it for me etc etc but refuse to just simply even make my food again like they already offered to do. Forget the refund you never planned to give, how about the food we already were told would be remade again? What an insult to offer someone $20 after all that weeks of nonsense because you messed up someone's order. Once I asked who was above her she literally said she wouldn't be communicating with me anymore and refused to let me know who was above her which I have every right to know. So unprofessional. I will make sure it's handled one way or another.
Terrible service! We got there early for dinner, around 3:30. Had to flag down the hostess after 10 minutes. Server was rude and did not check on us, once we ordered. Was served a salad before the cocktail I ordered. Do not plan on returning!
The food wasnt too good the drinks from the bar tasted horrible the chicken was hard small pieces the wonton tacos were dry and plain had no taste the mac and cheese tasted like noodles Tammy our server was very helpful and friendly food seems to be better during late night not during the day
