I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Applebee's! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The menu had something for everyone, and everything we ordered was cooked to perfection.
I highly recommend their Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp—it was flavorful and served sizzling hot. The drinks were great too; their Perfect Margarita was a standout.
Whether you're out with friends, on a date, or just looking for a cozy spot to enjoy a good meal, Applebee's delivers every time. Can't wait to come back!
Shrinkflation at its best. This was our spinach artichoke dip directly from the kitchen. It use to be so full the crispy crust would be on the sides of the bowl. My husband and I both ordered 8oz steaks and his was noticeably smaller. Think they gave him a 6oz. The server, Blair, was very nice and attentive though.
Came for the all you can eat shrimp and wings. Our server Zachary never let our drinks run out, he was fast and attentive. The manager was going around introducing herself and making sure everyone was enjoying their experience. We come to Applebees frequently and this was one of our best experiences as far as service.
Tammy was our sever and she great and so kind and patient I orders the tipsy reindeer and the combo appetizer and it was amazing the food and drinks was great and overall everything was perfect
Mr Z. Was so fantastic. I was so scared and very nervous to ask for a shark to be added to my starry. Then. The marvelous Mr Z brought me. Not one. Not two. BUT THREE SHARKS. One green. One orange and one red. I am so grateful for this sigma. This man has the most beautiful soul. I am forever grateful for this man. He deserves a raise. Not just a raise. In fact he deserves as much as he can get. Mr Z is a king.
We stopped by on a Sunday evening with the family and to start off ,the area and floor were dirty . We entered our order of ribs just to be told minutes later that they had been out of ribs for few days . I ordered bone in wings and wonton tacos . For the kids we order kids pizza w yogurt . Kids order came out and we were told that they had no spoons for the yogurt . When asked what happen to all your spoons , waitress responded that they get stolen and management refuses to buy more . So we asked what if I had order soup . She said that they been instructed to make light of it and say you can use a straw to sip it. She apologized and said they even asked managers to buy plastic ones and they refused . Seeing how upset and unacceptable it was she offered to see if she could track some down . She came back with one spoon and recommended the kids share . She actually said someone else was using the other one. Then I get my wings and they turned out to be boneless not what I had requested . When I brought it to her attention she said they are out of bone-in wings and offer to get me something else on the house . At this point I didn’t want to take the chance and just agreed to eat the wings and the cold Wonton tacos . The waitress was apologetic and why I still ended tipping her 15% + but in retrospect you figure if these issues were going on prior to our arrival she should of known. Possibly just tried to slide in the boneless . If we had know we would of walked out. I’d give her the benefit of doubt, but management has no excuse . This experience was unacceptable. We went to celebrate my son's birthday at this location last night. We have a big family, 4 small children. We walked in and Melissa, our waitress, was so nice. She was wonderful and had so much patience with all 4 kids and she consistently came to check on us. I usually feel like a burden in restaurants, but she made us feel like her friends/family. Give her a raise, she's a good one. We will definitely be coming back.
A few of us went in for lunch today and it was fantastic. Tammy at the bar was very helpful and patient as I decided what I wanted! I ended up with a wonderful watermelon margarita… my favorite!! The salmon is my new go to!
The manager was a lovely young woman who stopped to check on us and made sure we had everything we needed.
