We arrived an hour before they closed (sorry), was seated immediately, and overall had quick service and everything we ordered arrived exactly as described.
Shout out to our server Scott, who was very friendly, speedy, and helpful with the specials.
Just a chill place that's open late. The Boneless Wings (Hot Buffalo), the Waffle Fries, and the Bourbon Street Steak, Spinach Artichoke Dip and Chips, the house salad with the Lemon Vinaigrette w/French Onion Soup are what I rotate through. Music is a good mix of everything.
Amazing ???? we order the new item on the menu teriyaki tacos ???? boneless wings and and stake with smash potatoes ???? the food was delicious our server ALEXIS WAS VERY POLITE AND VERY ATTENTIVE! Thank u ???? till next time
Most affordable meal with decent quality food. $26 for Riblets with fries, chicken salad, and side orders of onion rings! First time eating at Apple Bees. They hosted our group of 17 and it was good.

I had a fantastic experience at Applebee's during a recent lunch order! Fernando Canol went above and beyond to assist me. Not only was he efficient and professional, but he also helped carry my order to my car, which was incredibly thoughtful and appreciated. It's rare to find such outstanding customer service, and Fernando truly deserves recognition for his kindness and effort.
Additionally, the hostess, Ana, was incredibly helpful and attentive. She made sure everything was in order with my pickup and greeted me warmly, which made the experience even better.
Thank you, Fernando and Ana, for making my visit so pleasant. This level of service makes me want to come back again. Highly recommend this Applebee's location!
The assistant manager Morgan was so pleasant friendly and helpful when she stopped by to check on us and then helped us on deciding what to order for dinner.
Along with that, the food was excellent on the happy hour specials and prices. Will definitely keep coming back!
Love the Factoria Applebee’s! Food is good! Drinks are good! Victor at the bar is on top of it! Even when it was busy he kept checking in on us. Morgan the manager was amazing! Stepped in to help when it was busy and came by and checked on us at our table and was so sweet and kind! Keep it up Applebee’s! This is why we keep coming back!
This is our favorite family gathering place! We especially love the ribs! Our 7 yo cut her first teeth on an Applebees rib haha, and she still loves them to this day! It’s the only place that serves good food for adults and children and serves decent wine, beer and cocktails!
