Dylan table service was wonderful. He suggested so many wonderful food items. The chicken bowl was amazing. And the seasonal drink with the cinnamon and fireball amazing. Lalalala
Always had a great experience here and the food and service was always good too. Will definitely come here when we visit NJ soon.
The staff was pleasant, but the food was not so great. To start I order a top shelf Long Island iced tea, and when I took a sip I almost shuddered at how much sour mix was added. I know this is just Applebee’s, but even my food came with a side order of hair. One thing I can say is Dan, our waiter was a nice guy, and he tried his best. Feel bad for him, he seemed so stressed out. He didn’t make our food, or drinks. He wasn’t even the expediter, nor did he bring the food to the table to check it. Whoever double checks the food before bringing it out, needs to take a better look at the food before they bring it out to customers. People actually eat this stuff, not just look at it. Bad visit, I won’t be back.
This is the only place left near my home that has good food, fun friendly staff and is reasonably priced . My friend and I eat +drink there very often, this is our comfort spot.
Bad service. I called around 9pm and I asked what time does half apps start, the employee tell me 10 and I also ask can I order half off apps to go and he responds yes. I get to Applebees around 10:15 I’m greeted and I told the employee I’m ordering to go, I ask again can I order the apps to go with the half off promo and he says yes again and tell me to stand by the register and wait for someone to come to do my order. A guy comes over from the bar and tells me to sit at the bar to take my order. So I start to order and I said the apps are half off to go and he said no I said well I asked and the guy told me it was and he asked who and I pointed him out, he then tells me he’s new he doesn’t know what he’s talking about. So he gives me a hard time so I said I will just sit down order my food and box it up. I ordered my food and I’m pretty sure it was a manger it was a taller guy that came out that told me he could do it this time but next time I cant do this because boxes cost too much. I worked in retail before and this was not the right way to handle this situation since it was your employee that gave out the miss information. Besides if I didn’t eat all my food and I need a Togo box are you gonna tell me the boxes cost too much much. I was not going to argue I knew writing a review would be better.
What a great experience. Our waitress was fantastic. We were greeted at the door by a pleasant and friendly hostess. Food was fast and delicious. Exactly as ordered. If ever that way again will definitely come back to this Applebee's.
This place was absolute garbage. The server was weird and did not offer us a refills. Also apparently the appetizers were not half off like advertised. The lack of transparency is what truly solidified the one star rating in my opinion.
