Best WLM Reviews
I stopped in for lunch at Applebee’s and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The bartender, who also served as my server, provided outstanding customer service. She was attentive, friendly, and checked on me frequently to ensure everything was perfect. Even the staff member wiping tables was warm and welcoming, adding to the positive atmosphere. It’s clear this team takes pride in making guests feel valued. I’ll definitely be back!
The bartender Destiny pours great drinks and paid very close attention. she continued to check in to make sure we were okay throughout our stay. Anthony has great customer service as well. I never met a general manager that goes around and also tend to the guests dining in, especially at such high value.
The Manager Angel Was So Welcoming & Helpful She Literally Kept The Vibes Coming In The Most Professional Way. JoJo Cleaned The Restaurant Gracefully While Still Maintaining A Smile. Our Server Mae Made Sure We Got Everything We Needed She Was Patient & Helpful We Will Definitely Be Back To This Location. Thank You
The service was slow.. The restaurant was not crowded but it took us about an hour and a half to get our food. It took so long that by the time it came it was cold. We needed refills on our drinks and because it took so long she gave us our drinks to go!! What Birthday dinner that was!! Not happy at all!!!
I ate at Applebee's in the steelyard the service was great and the food was great as well. Atmosphere wasn't bad either. It was earlier in the day when I got off work around 2:30 and I loved it. Got a table quick. No wait. I hope this helped ????????????
Food was good but not hot. Luke warm but the staff made up for it. We had very nice servers and host.
The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly and they all seemed happy to be working there! The manager Toledo was very nice and accommodating and was working very hard! Wings and riblettes were hot and fresh and were all perfectly done! I would highly recommend giving them a chance!
Food was great and fresh the lady named angel was very respectful and polite I enjoyed her service and would come back again.
