COREY was awesome! Corey checked on us without disturbing our meal. A manager walked through to ensure everything was running smoothly
The food...!!! Chicken and Shrimp that was sizzling and cracking when it came to the table. The Classic Sampler was perfect, the Strawberry Lemonade was good, the glass of ice water didn't taste like sink water and the gosh doggone 3 Cheese Chicken and Penne Pasta.... 10 ????'s Waugh Chapel ???? ???? ???? ????
Give COREY some type of incentive because that dang service was exceptional.

Waiter was awesome! Took our order, not writing it down, but what was delivered was wrong. I know he got it correct because he came to the table and notice immediately that it was wrong! Another order for the table-ribs and fries came out cold. I’ll let you decide on the corrected order of nachos (burned) very disappointed. They weren’t busy so that was either a sign we should’ve gone somewhere else or the food should have been perfect!
We were greeted right away and seated,the waiter took our drink and appetizer order after seating us. The food didn't take long to come out. The only problem was the chef needs to learn how to check steak temperature meat my son ordered a steak medium rare and it came out well done. Other than that the food was good.
Went here for an early lunch on Saturday after being in the area. It wasn’t busy but there were a decent amount of customers. We were seated quickly but our waiter took almost 10 minutes to say hello I’ll be with you shortly. After acknowledging us we waited another 10 or 15 minutes before she came to take our drink order. Because she was so slow and disappeared often we placed our appetizer and main order all at once.
Long story short other waiters checked on us and made sure we were ok which was greatly appreciated! However our waiter was horrible. I’m not sure if she lacks confidence or common sense or just didn’t care but she barely checked on us an was too slow…so if you have a waiter like that put them on a weekday early shift where it’s not many customers.
The good thing which was I guess most important is all our food was hot and fresh!
Never had a bad experience here, but compared to my other visits, this was just below their standards. We got the same waiter that we enjoyed before, and who was very attentive, but this time, he was a little off his game, I would say. The place wasn't busy but I didn't see much staff either. Hew was OK today, just not the above and beyond I was had with him previously. Also, when they sat us down the first time, no waiter came, and we were moved to another section. The host did apologize for the error, but it kind of set the tone for the rest of the evening. That's why I rate the 4 stars.
Christmas Eve Dinner with my family at Applebees was awesome. Our waiter was Ryan this time, usually we have John. Both are equally superb and attentive. We ordered Bourbon Street Steak which came sizzling hot and it was delicious. For dessert we had Triple Chocolate Meltdown and it was supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.
Went here on a sunday afternoon and had their 2 for $25 offer, we had the garlic sirloin and boneless wings for starter,
Boneless wings comes fast, which is a bit odd for me because it felt like it might have been sitting there waiting to be serve, but it came out crispy and good, I just dont like the powder that they dashed up on it, it make the chicken salty, but the ranch dip compliments the flavor of the boneless chicken,
Garlic sirloin steak came for like 10 mins and it was superb! Serve with brocolli and mashed potato,
Amazingly melts in your mouth and super savory
I get it, this place isn't the place to go if you're expecting exceptional customer service...but I have my go-to meal here and they never disappoint. I absolutely love their Chicken Wonton Tacos, side Caesar salad and French Onion Soup (not pictured). I don't know what it is but their French Onion Soup is on point!! If I'm being honest, if the ever get rid of my go-to meal, I probably would not be coming here at all. Service is subpar and the vibe here is eh.
