Service is sub par. It took them.forever to ask for a refill and a group of 5 walked out after nobody got to them for a while because they got tired of waiting and kept looking around. I will say this is the first time I ate at an Applebee's and they cooked my steak correctly. It's usually undercooked, but the food was ok this time. My only complaint with the food would be that I asked for mac and cheese and it was penne pasta lightly covered with cheese. This restaurant didn't meet my expectations.
Happy hour after 9 pm. That's a deal by itself. Super clean and fast service. Don't know why others rated this low, but I went on a weekday evening and the service and food was great!
I ordered curbside and my food was out to me before I even had time to call and notify them I was here. Ashlynn was amazing and made sure my food was perfect. Didn’t even miss any of my sauces and I had a huge order. She said that Carl was in the Kitchen and was the one who made my chicken and it was perfect. So juicy and delicious. I will definitely be returning.
We have been to Applebee's Grill + Bar multiple times with friends and family and everytime had good time spent. Drinks are different and we always enjoyed the vide variety of food items.
We did not have to wait to be seated and all time the servers were quick enough to make us comfortable and in ordering the drinks and food quickly. Fast, friendly and good service and tasty food with variety of drinks, made us to multiple time.
Never have an issue with an Applebee's will always be my go to over any other place unknown to me. Our server was nice and cheerful, the food good as usual, we went for lunch at noon yesterday and it was not busy and we just enjoyed our experience. However those wonton tacos are something to try they were absolutely delicious.
We had a group lunch of seven ladies and lucked out with a great server, Miguel. We had breaks in-between members coming in and Miguel constantly checked in on us to make sure we were okay. He was excellent! Our food all came out at the same time and everyone seemed very pleased with their dishes too!
So, I come here really often and I usually have no issues. I ordered delivery for my birthday, and they sent half the order: both classic combos had no nachos on it, which resulted in gets being hungry. I called and was told i would get a free classic combo but I when I came by they said there was no note, Im EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and will think twice about ordering again. SO SO DISAPPOINTED. Don’t order for delivery’
Michelle the manager, is very unprofessional. I witnessed her chatting with costumers instead of doing her job, I asked for a manager and proceeded to wait for almost 30 minutes while I das her talking to other costumers (not about anything important just chatting). She also seemed to have an attitude towards her employees and staff, when they were doing their job perfectly well.
