I’ll be honest I’m not a huge fan of chain places, but this is where my mom want to eat for Christmas dinner. The food was OK, but the reason I felt compelled to leave a review was that the service was great. I understand the service industry is overworked, underpaid, etc, etc so when you get a good waitress or waiter, you can’t help but want to acknowledge them. We had a group of around 10 people and the drinks were never empty and the food came out pretty quick.
Honestly, the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Came in for the 50 cent boneless wings deal. Ordered our drinks, never received our waters after asking twice. My friend ordered the chicken salad, had no dressing on it after asking for honey mustard, and the chicken came out ice cold, and rock hard. Explained it to our waitress, and she said, “ it’s because the salad is cold”. Possibly one of the worst excuses I’ve ever hear, considering their chicken salad is always warm. It had to have sat for more than 15 minutes in the window, and even over heard her and the manager talk about where our order was. We then both received our wings, low like warm to cold. Extremely disappointed, and now I’m fairly confident I have food poisoning. Awful service, lying staff, and even worse food. Was not given a refund, and would like one.

Sad that they took the wanton chicken tacos off the Happy Hour menu. It makes happy hour less happy!
The customer service was terrible , it’s like nobody cleaned or attempted to clean the booths, me and my family stepped on wet floors and trash from under our tables, the seats weren’t clean at all. My aunt asked for there to be no onions because she’s allergic and they still put onions in her food. Service was just to slow for them to be forgetting everything we needed.

SERVER is BAD and SLOW with NO ENERGY and PASSION. NO REFILLS and on top of her uniform she is wearing dirty outdoor clothing.
The chicken was SO DRY and had NO FLAVOR and the onions and mushrooms sautee was still crunchy. The steak was WELL DONE when asked for MEDIUM and deep fried shrimp was floppy.
All the menu items seem "meh". During the "all you can eat" promo they have going, it costs 15.99 per person. That's 1.60 per wing.
Assuming you eat 10, which is 1900calories, and 400calories for fries on each plate.
So, to get your money out of this dealz you need to eat 20 wings to put it at .80c a wing, at a staggering 3900calories.
Pizza hut wings are routinely .75 cents. Get boneless there. Just easier, faster and cheaper.
All menus items are outrageously expensive.
The 30 minutes we were there, we didn't get any refills, they constantly messed up and brought us incorrect flavored wings and atmosphere was absolute terrible.
I wouldn't come back here if they comped my next 5 meals.
I had a great experience at this location. My food came out fast and hot. It tasted great too. The bartender Tori was amazing and very friendly!
My family like to eat at Applebee, I love this cozy atmosphere. Some late night we came to hang out, enjoy fun, laugh, food, Especially half price some drinks & foods appetizer in menu.
