I didn't use the bathrooms but everything seemed very clean. The service was pleasant, attentive, and kept us informed which doesn't always happen. I got the all you can eat shrimp and boneless chicken. For my personal taste, I would not order those again. It came with slaw and that was perfect for my taste. The fries were hot but mostly broken or nuggets. The environment was great as was the service, but respectfully it just didn't seem like the cook loved food.
Happy with everything but the bartender was not very attentive. Many dirty dishes piling up on bar and we had to start pushing them out of the way in order to be able to have room for dinner plates. Too bad it wasn’t what I’ve come to select from Applebee’s in other locations.
Hailey was our server and she did an amazing job. She was super knowledgeable about the menu and gave us great service. The crispy buffalo wings were so tasty with lots of sauce. The won ton tacos were really good. The beef nachos were very good and shareable. The spinach artichoke dip was full of artichoke hearts. Ten out of ten recommend this location and ask for Hailey.

UPDATE.. sat in bar area for dining in. Great service from bartender. We had half baby back ribs (no sauce) with steamed broccoli DELICIOUS. Also ordered Quesadilla Burger WOW very tasty. Ordered desert called Butter Pecan Blonde ...absolutely sinfully good. GREAT HAPPY HOUR Crowd
We had a special Make-A-Wish gathering and dinner on Thursday December 19th for a local Beaumont family receiving their Wish gifts and information package.
The reserved area, food, service, atmosphere and staff was excellent in creating a special evening for the family and all attended.
A special recognition to the staff and manager Kathleen who made sure we were taken care of, provided great service and showing great kindness to the family.

Very nice lunch. Typical for an Applebees - comfort food with a smile. Prices are fair. Portions are good. Service was good. I asked to “add” ranch and I was substituted ranch. Just a training issue - the waitress needed to slow down and listen. Will be back.
Lily was our waitress and she was so friendly and helpful, very good at her job.
The bar was very busy so there was a delay getting our drinks but she brought us over some water while we waited.
The food was good. Really recommend the Oreo shake.
Amazing service.
So disappointing. Very few customers dining, yet we repeatedly had to ask by passing servers for items, took forever to get pur meals. Truly, it took at least 40 minutes to get 2 burger meals and 1 pasta dish, including the "bread" that went with my husbands pasta dish. When we asked for that, several minutes went by, and the server came back, "Here you are, fresh hot bread" - please, it was a single breadstick. The food probably would have been tasty, if it had been hot. Waited 40+ minutes for a tepid meal.
