We recently went to dine-in at Applebee's. I had a taste for it and hadn't been in a while. When we arrived we were told there would be a wait. We waited for over 40 mins and still had no table. My aunt ended up having to leave without eating. We decided to just place an online order instead. We placed our online order from the Applebee's parking lot and were provided a pick-up time. We ended up waiting another 30 mins PAST the pick-up time for our food. Upon arriving home, we were devastated to see the condition of our food. The celery with my boneless wings was molding, and my salad portion size was a complete joke! Receiving food in such a condition would be comical if we had not spent so much time and money on it. Applebee's, you should be ashamed!
I placed an order at 7:04p.m order said it would be ready by 7:16p.m I got to Applebees at 7:20p.m. It’s 8:23p.m and I was still waiting on my order. I finally got my order at 8:32p.m checked my order it was corrected. Lord to be hold when I got home to eat some RAW UNDERCOOKED chicken that I waited over a hour for. I will never eat from Applebees again you should be shamed for serving people RAW CHICKEN.
I placed an order on 7/29/24 at 7:32pm with a pickup time given for 8:12. We arrive at the restaurant and wait for the food. Some time had passed and my boyfriend asked the lady if she could check on the status; she went in the back and never came back with an update. After waiting 40 minutes, we received the correct order but the food was luke warm and the chicken still raw !
The food is always great and super nice waitstaff. But why is it always 40 degrees in there?!?!? All the patrons are wearing big jackets in here and it’s 80 degrees outside. Everyone is complaining yet nothing is ever done. And I get hot flashes so I like it cooler than most. But goodness it’s like a meat locker in here always. You could save some money on your electric bill if you adjusted it up at least into the 60s.
Food came out fast and hot.
Mani was my server and she was very attentive. The perfect service after a 14 hour work day. Cold beer hot food with a nice smile.
Jen was a great waiter and informative on the food choices will definately be back
My husband and I went for a date night and we were served by Alyssa and she was great! She even had cute little Boo clips in her hair! She recommended the Zombie drink and we loved it! My husband was especially happy about the burger! Will return!
Always friendly and fast service, food was great, had the blackened chicken and shrimp, everyone in our party enjoyed the meal
