I now understand why I stopped going to this Applebee's location. A friend and myself decided to go have a drink/appetizer so we sat at the bar. I knew when I sat down that the experience was not going to go well. The bartender was talking loudly and laughing with his "friends" sitting on the other side of the bar while constantly giving them drinks. He told us he would be with us shortly two times before actually taking our order 10 - 15 minutes later. It was not crowded. We finally ordered food and drinks but when the food came out my friend was given the wrong food. We NEVER got the drinks we ordered. We wanted to try their new drinks and he advised us they had ran out of the ingredients earlier. As he continued giving his friends attention, another couple came and sat next to us. I don't know if he knew them or not but when the lady ordered a frozen drink, he made a whole pitcher of it just for her. Do you think she paid for the refills? Hmmm . Then the other bartender/waitress came behind the bar and her and the guy started having a full blown argument while the friends were laughing. She poured herself a shot and made a drink for a waiter standing at the bar. We knew it was for the waiter because it was in a white paper cup. He never came and asked did we need anything or if everything was okay. At this point I just wanted the ticket and to leave. There was no need in telling the manager about the service because she was acting and going along with what he was doing. He had the manager to come and give us our tickets which still had the drinks we never received on them. We then found out that our appetizers were not half priced as advertised. I paid with exact change and left.. never to return.
Great experience. The food was very good, including the one for the kids. The Mango Strawberry drink is a bomb, so refreshing. Nallely, our server, went above and beyond. Her smile lighted up our table every time she came up. Thank you for being so kind and helpful.
Nothing tastes as good as it use to anymore, especially Applebee's. Spinach dip watery and bland, tortilla chips not fresh, boneless wings dry, riblets tough. I could go on and on. Service, however was great. Applebee's use to be so good years ago.
Service and food were both outstanding. Server attended to our every need. Very clean and net. Management checked on us several times to make sure everything was good. Will defiantly be back.
Alex was excellent, Thx for the great service. The bourbon chicken and shrimp was amazing, and the drinks were delicious also. The manager checked on us at the door, just making sure we were okay. Great experience, we will visit more often in the future.
The restaurant appears clean. They are short staffed. The table was sticky. Waitress was very nice and wiped it off. Food was decent.
As a server, i’m always super excited to go and experience other establishments. Unfortunately this one wasn’t so great. The male bartender didn’t even care to acknowledge us! but gave us menus and walked away. However a guy sat down beside us and he immediately greeted him asking what he wanted to drink lol definitely missed out on a great tip never again! But thanks to jacob he made the service here so much better!
so so so slow , the service here sucks , i asked for two to go drinks and didnt get those, i had a gift card and it took them like 15 minutes just to put in in, the food isnt that great and they have no dr pepper.
