We were there on VALENTINES DAY it was a 45 minute wait. But if you look at the photos there was only six tables seated. I don't understand why we couldn't be seated. I walk with a cane due to knee problems, and had to stand for 15 minutes before we left. Terrible management. The only person we saw was the hostess who said she was told not to seat anyone. WORSE APPLEBEE'S IN AMERICA.
The bartender was a little women that made and could tell us bout the drinks . There was a handsome manager Jeremiah that asked us if everyone and everything was ok, we noticed he was hands on with making sure things ran smoothly from the older to young people this was during happy hour. Ty his staff was better than I had ever seen this place in years .. great hire!! Keep people like that who can interact with the patrons without prejudice attitudes that's one reason why I hadn't been there in yrs. Now I've brought more friends back to this side of town to eat and enjoy. We weren't over looked and pushed to the back and ignored food was hot!!
Everything was great’ need to add the Bourbon Street pasta to the menu that was the best thing I’ve ever ate at Applebee’s as many times as I’ve went! Perfect amount of Cajun sauce and seasoning
Pleasant atmosphere, friendly servers, Delicious artichoke and spinach dip it was off the chain, in fact the whole appetizer platter was off the chain. The name of that fie drink is Merry Berry Colada, I'm not a drinker but I could have ordered two more of those drinks Overall money well spent! ????
A wonderful example of why my wife ND I enjoy Applebee's. The food was very good, cooked as ordered, and the table service provided by Haley K. was outstanding.
I stopped going here. The last few times, the food order was 85% of the time messed up. My boyfriend ordered a simple burger with cheese. We sat at the bar, and the lady talked for 20 minutes before sliding us a menu while continuing to run her mouth. The food took forever to come out. When it did, it was wrong, and the drink ???? tasted like juice. I was fed up and asked for a refund. The manager didn't speak to us, he asked her who wanted a refund. He didn't apologize, asked what the problem was, or asked how he could fix it.
The chicken burger was absolutely horrid. The server we had was already in the weeds why give them more people if you're not able to help?! Just over two hours waiting to ... get drink, get app, get food, get to go box, and pay bill!!!!
Arrived at 8:30pm and all the signs outside were off, still off at 10pm when we left. Table was sticky, waitress was rude, and food was garbage. Most of the food was dried out and barely edible. I’ve had bad experiences before but this one was up there with one of the worst for an Applebees.
No one seemed to really care whether or not we were happy with our meal or experience. That was an hour and a half of my life and $120 meal that I’ll never get back. Thanks for nothing guys
