Ordered take out based on Reviewbrah's recommendation for the 9.99 chicken sandwich, fries, and drink. Worth it, and blows the fast food restaurants in Xenia out of the water. Excellent price/quality ratio. Massive chicken breast sandwich, loads of crisp fries, and a large drink. Wish they had a drive thru window! Thanks for a great meal. Looking forward to try the bacon burger. Keep on keeping on, this is how it is done, hope you enjoyed the dollar shirts :)
The food did not taste bad but the mozzarella sticker tasted as if they have been sitting there for a while The five cheese mac & cheese did not have much flavor, and we found a tag sitting at the bottom of our spinach, artichoke dip when I was putting it in a to go box. That is what made me give the food a low rating I found that very unacceptable.
I ordered the neighborhood burger and my sister ordered the mushroom swiss, Her burger look like it did in the picture on the menu, my burger was supposed to have two patties which I think were two slider meat patties not 3 1/2 oz burger patties as stated in the menu, and they were way overcooked, you can see that you see more onion and tomato than you do burger patty .
The food and service were good. The server excellent for being on the floor and behind the bar by herself. The M.O.D was no where to be found. So server had no help and all tables were dirty. This was on Tuesday 12/10/24 at 2:30pm. The manager needs more training or to be replaced. The M.O.D should have been on the floor helping the server. Then return to back of house and help the cook. I know this because I was a manager for Applebee's in Texas for almost 2 years. I know what I'm talking about.
Staff very friendly and helpful. 3 of our 5 meals were not as expected. Waitress was very helpful and replaced one of the items. The booth ... absolutely disgusting. Crayons, straw wrappers, food, dirt, just gross all over the booth. Should have known as empty as it was. Men's room, one of the toilets covered with a trash bag. All the soap dispensers ripped off the wall. A single bottle of soap you buy at a grocery store was on the sink...no top to pump...just dump soap in your hand. I leave 5* just about anywhere. Manager has some serious work to do here. Very run down and trashy .
Called in to make a to go order got put on hold for so long. I finally just went to the store while still on hold, came in told the lady there I wanted a to go order she said I’ll find someone. Let me sit there for another five or 10 minutes so I finally just got up and left. Terrible service. Won’t be back there anytime soon. Xenia has the most horrible restaurants on earth.
Me and my family was here lastnight and we had CAILTLIN as our waiter. She was absolutely amazing. We come here alot and we always ask for her. We never wait on anything and our food is always good and most importantly she interacts with my child in the most respectful way. I my self greatly appreciate that from a waiter! I'd highly recommend her as a waiter to anyone. Keep up the good work!
I ordered the Fiesta Lime Chicken with rice. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Portion was more than I could eat.
