Best WLM Reviews
My vow to never visit a chain restaurant has been broken. Our server (Olivia) was a total delight. Excellent suggestions, knew her menu, made awesome drinks, the food was delicious, steak grilled perfectly, could not have had a better experience.
First we stopped by BWS and were severely let down by the 0 customer service we received. Came to Applebees and old faithful did not disappoint. Sat straight at the bar, staff was super attentive and I was surprised with a wonderful veterans dinner. Should have just started here to begin with. Thank you Applebees!
This was a great apple bee location! Our waitress was great very attentive and polite. We had to wait about 10 minutes for a table but it was worth the wait! The manager at this location is great as well! My husband left his wallet and she was super helpful to return it! Will definitely visit again!
The staff were fantastic. Service was great, and the food was amazing. There were some overly drunk patrons that made for less than stellar dinner guests, but they arrived that way. Staff made all efforts to maintain the enjoyment of other patrons. Our waitress Olivia was particularly attentive as well as made sure our meal was not ruined by the other's immature behavior. All in all, it was a delightful time.
Fantastic service. Pretty good appetizers, the wonton tacos are always a hit. The penne wasn't though, the sauce had a weird taste and overall not good. Atmosphere is your typical Applebee's.
awesome service and folloewrd the recommendation for food which was a blast
glad be stopped there on our way home
If you read me, you know I feel like a chain is a chain. They should all be the same. This Applebee's nailed it. I had the boneless wings ( you know they're not wings, right) in Buffalo sauce. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the sauce was as expected.
Why five stars? The facilities were clean as was the entire place. The topper, Infinity was spot on as a server. Attentive, polite, and friendly. She seems like a genuine person.
I didn't get to Coldwater often, but next time, I know where I'm eating.
They weren't busy - but I stood at the door for awhile before he seated me in the bar. Mountain Dew was pale and tasted like carbon. I said I needed a minute and he went behind the bar on his phone for 20 minutes. Someone else brought me my food. Appetizer was hard & burnt on top. Ate most my meal without a drink refill - so I asked for a drink to go. Waited forever on the bill & still never saw the bill - but he grabbed my card and said he would be right back. He made a drink for someone & got on his phone again. Cashed someone else out & made another drink. Then went back to his phone. He noticed me staring at him - so he ran my card & brought a to go box. I shouldn't have tipped anything - but I figured he would remember me next time & I would get worse service. 2.5 hours there - ridiculous & they weren't busy!!!
