It's hit or miss with Applebee's. Order Alfredo last visit and was pretty good. Steak was terrible me and extremely salty. When we told the manager the food was too salty and old to eat he didn't offer a replacement or money back. Riblets were decent.
I came in here with My husband and had a great time. The food was hot and fresh and the drinks were amazing. My server was Alexis and she did a great job. She was very kind and helpful always moving and doing something. I definitely recommend.
Kristy is absolutely amazing in the bar!! We love her service and have become routine weekly customers thru the week because she provides such a great customer experience!!! David in management is also always very thorough, follows up thru out our visit to always make sure everything is in order and that his customers are receiving the best of service!! Highly recommend this Applebee's location for food quality, timeliness and especially service!!
Absolutely terrible. Waited several minutes to be greeted. We were sat at a dirty table to then wait another 10 minutes to be greeted at our table. Our appetizer was brought out to the wrong table by OUR SERVER, then taken to the back and brought right back out to us. The chips were burned tasted like burnt oil, the spinach dip was cold. All of the sauces on the sides were spilt over onto the apps. Then when my bourbon street steak came out it was way over cooked (supposed to be medium) and way over seasoned, and the mashed potatoes completely tasteless. My son was supposed to get Mac n cheese as his side and she forgot it, said it would be right out, took another 10 minutes. Before coming we even talked about how it was terrible the last time and decided to give it another chance, save the headache and go to the one on the west side.
I really only order this one plate here, the honey pepper chicken strips with the four cheese mac and cheese. It's always so, so good. The service speeds we have never had any issues with and its always consistently very good. Pricing is pretty competitive, starting to trend towards to expensive for the amount you get, but right now they are in a spot that seems to be pretty good. Expect to spend around $15 per person which to me is reasonable.
Nothing recommendable! lousy place Horrible. Terrible service, 40 min waiting for food. They brought us incomplete ???? cutlery. Nothing clean, dirty bathrooms, dirty floor. The food ???? tasteless. We ordered pasta ????, and it had no flavor, the chicken looked like KFC's from 3 days ago. The drinks ???? looked like sugar water.
Too dark in the restaurant and it's hard to read the menu in the dim light. The waitress brought a glass to refill our water instead of a pitcher. We told her to leave the glass. When we paid our ticket she shook her head in displeasure regarding her tip. The bill was 23 and some change. I rounded up to an even 27. She got a 3.67 tip and she shook her head.
Amazing service and food! The quesadilla burger was wonderful & definitely a new fav. We visited a few weeks ago with the family and were super impressed with our server Abbe's attentiveness to our needs and and how well she engaged and interacted with our children throughout our visit! ☺️ We don't come to Applebee's often but look forward to coming again soon and plan to ask for her to serve us moving forward.
