I have never had a good experience here at this location. Every time I come in, it is never super busy, yet the waiters and host take forever. Stood there for a good while the other day to be seated while it was not busy. If you would like good service at an Applebee’s nearby, definitely would recommend the one on Alexis road.
My mother and I visit this Applebee’s location about once a week for lunch. Both Taylor and Melissa are excellent servers and make each visit smooth and pleasant. Even on the rare occasion, there is an issue from the kitchen with the food, they handle it quickly and professionally.
Whenever it is busy, they both make everyone feel welcome and orders are put in quickly so food comes out hot. They truly are the reason we keep going back.
One of the worst dinning experiences I've ever had. When we first got there our waitress came up to us immediately, took our order and brought us waters. We waited 20 minutes just for our actual drink orders, we ordered cheese sticks and they never came. After almost an hour she came out with our dinners, then told us she gave them to another table, we asked for ranch it was never brought. At that point I kindly asked for a new waitress, the woman explain the waitress had a 16 top. The whole time we were there the server was taking shots with her male customers the whole time or hiding in the kitchen. Thenew waitress took care of us right away and solved all our complaints. After the new waitress brought up everything, the old waitress randomly walks up ( after not seeing her for a half hour now) and she goes " Oh she finally brought your drinks? I asked her to do that a while ago." Totally blaming the woman that was helping us, the funny thing is that I had to ask for a new server and I asked for the drinks. If you ever go to this apple bees do not sit by the bar unless you wanted to get wasted with the waitress. Will never come here again
Haven't been to Applebee's in probably 5 yrs, decided to give it another try last night (ordered pick up via app). Ordered the Shrimp & Parmesan Sirloin steak meal medium well. It was the most tender Sirloin I've had in my life. Blew my mind ! Red skin mashed potatoes were good, broccoli tasted a bit old. Overall delicious dinner, definitely coming back.
Thank you so much for my Veterans Day meal. I was greeted with a smile and kindness. My server was great and checked on us as needed. The salmon was seasoned and cooked to perfection. I took my free chicken and parmesan home. Your constant support is so greatly appreciated!!!
Walked into this location just 10 minutes ago sat at the bar told the your lady I just want to make a to go order i was told give me a minute,then a man walked in set at the bar and she immediately started to serve them and hadn't even asked me if even wanted a drink so I asked how is this person getting service before me and I was told it's because he's a regular, then got upset because I spoke up about and decided to take my order out of frustration just to tell me it will now be a 45 min wait for togo orders. Mind you the restaurant is almost empty most of the people there already had there food and some was leaving.
Upon arrival I had to wait 10 minutes just for someone to ask me how many I had in my party. Then it took another 5 minutes just for us to be seated. Once we were seated it took the waitress a long time again just to come and ask what we wanted to drink. She’s only checked on us twice and we’ve been here for over an hour. The customer service is so poor, and it seems as if they’re short staffed because they aren’t very busy and it’s still taking forever. The waitress smells like weed and seems very unprofessional. Also tried to have the mountain dew bash, and it started like soda water. This is simply just the worst experience I’ve ever had.
