I wrote management and still never got my money back . Look at the “ burger “ and the mozzarella sticks they gave me yal . I was here at 9:30 at night on Dec 5 and it was by far not busy! And the food taste like it’s out of a bag. I STILL want my money back .
Waiter was non existent . We saw him all of twice !
Took my son here on 10/22/2024 for his birthday! It was a horrible experience as soon as we walked in we were told to wait 20 minutes, when they were not busy at all and the hostess was really rude and had an attitude. So 30 minutes after waiting we were seated and waited another 30 minutes to have a server get our drink order and another 20 minutes for are food order. My sons steak was raw when he asked for well done. The chicken tenders were undercooked cold fries flat drinks and to top it off forgot the appetizer. Needless to say we didn’t eat the food wasted $76.56 for my son to have a horrible birthday dinner! This is totally not acceptable and I’m very upset.
We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant, thanks to the excellent service from our server, Travis, and the warm welcome from our hostess, Verna. From the moment we arrived, Verna greeted us with a friendly smile and made sure we felt right at home. She was attentive, polite, and ensured we were seated promptly. She was also passing us before she left and stopped to chat and wish us a great day.
Travis, our server, made our meal enjoyable. He was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and was always quick to check on us without being intrusive. His friendly and professional attitude truly made a difference, and we appreciated how attentive he was throughout our visit.
Both Verna and Travis contributed to a fantastic dining experience, and we will definitely be back because of their exceptional service!
I took my son here for his birthday dinner on 8/8/24. The service was horrible, the chicken tenders were not cooked all the way! The steak was undercooked as well. Very rude server when I told him he asked so what do you want me to do! This is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. I s sad pent over $100 to be treated like this? This is my neighborhood Applebees but I’m afraid i won’t be returning, this ruined my son’s birthday ????

Seth is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! His friendly attitude, quick service, and spot-on drink recommendations make every visit to Applebee’s a fantastic experience. Whether you’re looking for a perfectly mixed cocktail or just great conversation at the bar, Seth delivers every time.
The restaurant itself is just as impressive. The interior is modern, updated, and sleek, with a stylish design that creates a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. On top of that, the space is impeccably clean. The tables, floors, and restrooms are always spotless, and the attention to detail really enhances the experience.
If you’re looking for a place with amazing service, a polished atmosphere, and a great vibe, this Applebee’s is the spot. Highly recommend stopping by and visiting Seth at the bar—you won’t be disappointed!
Had a fantastic experience at Applebee’s thanks to Jillian B.! My son was really craving a grilled cheese, and she went above and beyond to make it happen. Thank you so much, Jillian! The entire staff was super friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised with a “Kids Eat Free” Halloween treat! It made our night even more special. We told kids we would be back fast. ????We loved our waitress Raven. We told her we needed to be fast so kids wouldn't catch us. Food came out fast and was very good. Date night was a success ????
Took myself out to eat dinner along with the kids. Ordered the Ribeye steak medium. Steak was well done. Due to time, I didn't have the kitchen remake the steak. Mashed potatoes were definitely scooped with the ice cream scoop. No presentation. Disappointing to say the least.
